Kelly’s Snack Shack

Stopped as an alternative to fast food chains and was delighted to find a great menu, including a steak sandwich to which they added sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms. Dee-lish! With soft serve ice cream for dessert, this place is a winner. Love supporting a local business, too.

The best soft serve ice cream anywhere I south central Vermont. Most all the tables have shade and the vibe is very down home, family oriented. Summer is sitting at Kelly's eating hotdogs, onion rings and of course ice cream.

Delicious maple creemees and other ice cream treats. Food ive had is good too. Good prices and everyone is very nice there, decent amount of seating as well.

Love the food, love the staff! Generous portions, and the woman at the pickup window took one look at me as I juggled my bbq wings, sauce, fries, ketchup and shake, and said to me, “Here! You’re going to need some extra napkins!”🤭

My wife and I visited there for the first time on 6/4 for ice cream. You definitely get your money's worth. Bring your ice cream appetite! The only disappointing thing is we didn't go there for dinner. The French fries and burgers looked great!!

A welcoming spot right off the highway in Vermont. I can’t speak to the food, but I had soft served ice cream, which was really great. The ice cream options are slim (chocolate, vanilla, orange cream, and maple (of course). I’ll happily go back when I’m back in the area.

The steak and cheese was amazing, made with real sliced steak and not that frozen processed meat other places pass off as the real thing. Hand cut fries were cooked perfectly and the prices were very reasonable. I will be back this summer!

It is a great place to stop for a meal or for a creamy. There is plenty of parking and the staff is always pleasant.

I am new to Vermont. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cash only and food is great. I brought my dog and I was asked if she would like ice cream. My dog is old and does not like anytime so I asked if she can have water. They gave me 2 bottles of cold water and an ice cream cup for her to drink in FOR FREE. Fav snack shake

A steady stream of customers on a midweek evening was evidence of what a good job this place does with the staples of snack shacks everywhere. I had an absolutely delicious burger, and the fries can claim to be among the best in the area. Also, a first for us: a key lime creemee - what a treat!

I have been coming here for years and I will continue for as long as possible.
This snack bar has low prices, very good quality food.
I normally just get the ice cream but when we do get food it doesn't disappoint.

This place is great. I'm new to the area and have only been to a few snack shacks in the area but this is my favorite so far.

Love the hot dogs and ice cream! Always pleasant. Love the tables in the shade.

Food is fair in price and taste you won't be disappointed with. You'll definitely wanna stop their again.

This place is unbelievable!! Hamburger, grilled cheese, sweet potato fries, regular fries and of course a couple maple milkshakes after. Everything fresh cooked to order and super friendly folk. YUM!!

Burger was good, the clam strip were ok. Nice service with outdoor seating.
