Doveberry Inn

Very kindly place and atmosphere of winter and so quite here. You are surrounded by wood and fairy tale at this place. The bed is perfect, as a sheet, pillow, blanket. Everything is clean and warm. Come and enjoy ☺

Adorable stay at this bnb to access two days of skiing at Mt snow! It’s right around the corner- location was ideal. The room was quaint and perfect and the breakfast was outstanding!

The Doveberry Inn is stellar. Tim runs an amazing inn. Great service, yummy breakfast and best of all, an inviting lounge (with a wood burning fireplace!) to relax in after a long day of skiing. Our family of 4 enjoyed the room which was super clean, warm and with comfy beds. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Mount Snow, which is literally a 2-3 minute drive.

Tim is a gracious host. He is very welcoming, has great local info and really wants people to enjoy their stay. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was super comfy. The continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh. He had a fire going in the main room when we arrived which was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. Next time I am in the area I'll be staying at The Doveberry Inn!

The DoveBerry Inn is a charming place to stay. Our room was recently renovated and the accommodations were excellent. There was a continental breakfast in the morning with coffee, bagels and muffins for a quick grab and go. I can’t wait to go back and sit in the living room by the fireplace. Tim is a great host!

Great stay. We found ourselves in need of a place to stay on Christmas Eve and the owner was super accommodating, even as our arrival time changed. We were able to check in over the phone and go straight to our room when we arrived late.

Convenient location to the ski resort and restaurants, and comfortable room with needs covered (clean bathroom and good shower, electric fireplace heater, and Roku tv with good wifi). Waffles for breakfast, a fire going in the main lobby room, and a friendly host were all a plus.

My friend and I found ourselves in a unexpected situation last night that left us without a place to stay. We called places around the area and were lucky enough to get an affordable room here around 11pm. Tim was very accommodating especially considering how late we booked a room. The space was clean and comfortable which was just what we needed. Not to mention the continental breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here!

What a place! From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. Tim, the owner/innkeeper was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy. There is a fireplace in the “sitting room” that is always running. Music was streaming from one of the televisions at a great volume, just loud enough to hear but not being a bother, and it made the feel comforting. The room was comfortable and a good size. The inn is clean and comfortable. Tim was always available for questions and interacted nicely with guests. I come to the area annually and stayed at an inn that closed, I’ve been trying for a few years to find a new “go-to” place and have now found it.

The parking lot is a good size, the lot and walkway were cleared of snow pretty nicely. It’s close to restaurants, Mount Snow ski area, and Timber Creek for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The moover shuttle (free rides all over the area) runs right past the inn. Although this isn’t an official moover stop, you can flag down the shuttle and they will stop and upon retiring to the inn the shuttle will also stop to drop you off.

Must stay in Dover ! Around the corner from the ski lodge and all good things in town, the rooms are cozy and well maintained, the hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the host is the kindest. We arrived late at night and he was accommodating, and when I lost my phone and he helped ship it to our home state ! A wonderful experience overall. The waffles for breakfast were an added bonus.

My girlfriend and myself came up to VT for the weekend to unwind and spend some time together. We could not have found a better place to stay. The owner has done a lot of work to the facility and its truly gorgeous. The room was completely renovated, clean, and very comfortable with restaurants and shops and everything very close to where we were. We both highly recommend the Doveberry and will most certainly return in the future.

Doveberry Inn is absolutely the cutest, coziest, and quaint inn my partner and I have been to. It's the perfect quiet getaway spot. Tim is attentive, and knows all of the best hang out spots. Our room didnt have all the fancy electronics and gadgets but it was a better weekend because of it. Well done. We hate that we had to leave, but we also can't wait to come back!

Wow!! Where do I begin. The room was spotless clean and roomy. The breakfast was wonderful. Tim(the host), what a nice person. Made sure we had everything we needed. The location was unbelievable. Close to everything. This place is a "Diamond" in a rough". My teenage boys even commented how it felt like home. Warm and cozy. We will be back!!

We drove up to Vermont on a whim and ended up here, which was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The location is prime, as you are minutes away from Mount Snow and restaurants. The best host in town! If you're ever in the area, stop by and see Tim!

Stayed Friday Saturday and Sunday. Great place to stay, very accommodating. Is fresh continental breakfast. Foliage was awesome. Somebody in our golf group even got a hole in one at Haystack County Club !!

Stayed here this past weekend. Tim was absolutely amazing. Very hospitable, has done all the work himself. A perfect place to stay for summer golf outings and winter skiing/snowboarding.

Great little gem, comfortable and clean room & bed. Owner was very accommodating. Two good restaurants within short walking distance. Perfect for ski, golf and leaf peeping.

What a great little Jewel. We visit Dover a lot and they had room for us on Thanksgiving day. Clean, bathrooms to every bedroom. A cozy fire in the woodstove. A great breakfast!
What else can u ask for??????

Very nice and clean hotel, good breakfast, a short drive to Mount Snow.
Ski all day then come back to the hotel and relax by a fireplace downstairs.
Tim, the host, is very helpful and accommodating!

The place was beautiful, the room was perfect, the host was delightful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wish I had talked to the host more. He seemed so wonderful!!!
