Connect Hearing

I have been using Connect Hearing and seeing Kate since 2016. She is professional, personable and so very helpful. She has seen to my hearing aides yearly testing and the receptionist is awesome as well. I highly recommend this office for your hearing needs.

I have needed hearing aids for a few years now and kept putting it off. My sister needed to hearing aids, her insurance recommended Connect Hearing. I took her to her appointment and was so impressed by the service she received that I made an appointment for myself. My sister had a stroke and gets confused. Allison and Kate were so patient with her and took their time to talk to her and made her feel very comfortable. I got my hearing aids and I love them. They have called and checked on my sister and I to see how we are making out with our hearing aids. If you want caring and understanding, this is the place to go for hearing aids. I feel like I have known these two all my life, and it has only been a few months. They truly make you feel like family. God Bless them both

The staff at Connect Hearing always make it a treat to stop in for service. I don't feel as much like a customer as a good friend. Seems like they can never do enough take care of my needs

Kate did an amazing job. She was able to fit me in quickly. I love how she is hearing impaired also. It made it easier and more relaxing to communicate with her with my issues. Definitely will return.

i’ve been working with kate for over a year now, i suffer from congenital hearing loss, with multiple hearing aid offices in my lifetime, KATE has went above and beyond to help me hear better, she’s very understanding and compassionate. they have went above and beyond to schedule me around my life, and allyson the scheduler and front desk person has been so understanding and compassionate as well, they both make a good pair at the grove city office! i highly recommend them to anyone who needs a major change and tune up witu hearing aids! thank you girls and connect hearing for such a life change. ! because of you girls i can hear my family and babies again and work efficiently taking care of my patients. keep up the good work!

This is Bill Rupnik, off of my grandsons google account. I was treated with first class service at my appointment. I wasn’t scheduled for an appointment, but they still saw me. They took care of all of the problems with my hearing aid and went over the top with the rest of it. Every time I go to the office I get great service, we’ll beyond what you would expect.

Wonderful visit today. Walked in and Allison took care of my problem. Kate is always very knowledgeable and helpful too! Would recommend them to anyone struggling with hearing issues. Hearing aids changed my life for the better!!!

My husband and I had an appointment this morning. We were afraid that we would be pushed into getting hearing aids.

That was not the case! Kate took her time, did a very thorough examination, did hearing tests and made suggestions that could help my husband’s hearing. Not once did we feel any type of pressure. Kate actually sent him home to try the hearing aids for a week. We can now decide at home if he feels they are helpful or not

Both Kate and Judy, her receptionist, were friendly and professional. I highly recommend paying a visit if you have any hearing issues.

If you have a need for Audiology equipment this is the place. I just had my hearing aid cleaned and my annual checkup and was treated to customer service that is unequivocally the best you can get. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave you are treated like royalty. Kate is second to none, her personal connection to her clients is truly heartfelt and her ability to remember details about previous visits and patients family is uncanny. Her professional ability’s exceed the personal connections. It is a great experience ever time I make that hour plus drive to Grove City to get my hearing needs taken care of. Thanks Kate and Judy for all that you do. You are truly a blessing!!!

Their consistent response and accommodations throughout the ongoing public health situation is refreshing. Curbside treatment, outdoor battery sales, a drop box for repairs, etc. demonstrates they are going the extra mile to treat and service their patience while doing their best to protect them as they improve their hearing health.

Very pleasant experience. Judy and Kate are so helpful. I needed adjustments on my new hearing aids and was taken care of immediately. Very nice and personable people. This is my first experience with hearing aids and and they made it easy and comfortable to wear and the appearance of them in my ears is not noticeable. I would recommend them to everyone who needs hearing aids.

I can not express enough how amazing this office is…both Kate & Allison are fantastic!! They were so kind during our time of need. Extremely helpful & compassionate dealing with our Uncles hearing aides. Highly recommended!!!

First went to Connect hearing In Gtove City 4 years ago. The audiologist Kate, helped my 87-year-old mother with her first hearing aid. She was very patient, thorough , thoughtful and kind which is very important for anyone but especially a senior experiencing a hearing aid for the first time. She has an open door policy and said if you need anything let me know. More recently we needed their services and Kate has gone above and beyond helping us through our particular situation once again.
The front Desk receptionist was very helpful and nice as well. The office and waiting room isSufficient and I’d recommend this facility. There are probably more modern facilities compared to this one but it is clean, neat, and modest. What is really important is Knowledge, cleanliness, compassion and the care as well as the cost. Very affordable and they are dedicated to their patients which is what you will get at this facility. Thank you for helping my mother hear!

As a fellow Audiologist and former Colleague, Kate does an excellent job and I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond for not only her patients but people in general. She is friendly, compassionate and always accommodating. Hearing needs are not just met by a hearing aid but also the professional that works with you. Kate is that provider and I truly recommend her.

I cannot say enough positive things about Connect Hearing! Both my mother and grandmother have entrusted their care to Kate since the office opened and have never been disappointed or even considered going elsewhere for their hearing aids. So when my doctor recommended I see an audiologist, my ONLY thought was to go see Kate. I was fortunate to find that I am not in need of hearing aids but Kate did not simply send me on my way, she understood that I am experiencing some symptoms that are affecting my daily activities and was determined to get to the cause. She then performed an additional test and discovered I have some issues with my eardrums and referred me to an ENT. But the care did not stop there. Judy, the amazing receptionist and Kate’s right-hand, called and set up my appointment with the ENT. From the minute you walk through the door, Judy and Kate welcome you and instantly ease your mind and you just know that you are about to receive the best care around. Grove City is blessed to have such an amazing team ready and willing to assist in making the lives of their patients as happy and enjoyable as possible! I came into town for a 4 day weekend to visit my mother. We hadn’t been able to see her for almost two years. When we got there we realized that my mother couldn’t hear.
She remembered that she saw Kate in Hermitage Pa. She remembered how kind and great Kate was. I made a few calls and we found Kate at Connect Hearing in Grove City.
Kate agreed to see us the next day. Even though it was a further drive, it was worth it. My mom left with her hearing aids that day, and can now have normal conversations because she can hear
Kate and Judy are both very professional, kind and understanding. We could not be happier.
Kate even set up my moms mobile phone with the hearing aid blue tooth. Now she will be able to hear all of us when we talk.
Thank you Kate, you have changed all of our lives, especially my moms. She no longer needs to leave social settings due to her inability to communicate.

I can't say enough good things about my office visit with Kate and Judy at Grove City Connect Hearing. It was nice to have someone who understands and CARES about your hearing needs. Highly recommend!

Up in NY state for a few months during summer. I traveled 264 miles round trip to have Kate reset my hearing aids. She recommended Cochlear implants in great detail with me. Again when I left I was completely satisfied and it was worth the distance traveled.

Helpful and kind staff. They were able to fit my husband with hearing aids at the initial visit! They are dedicated to caring for hearing loss. Kate takes her time to ensure your needs are met and that you are pleased with the functionality of your hearing aids. Highly recommend!
