I couldn't tell you the amount of times i brought in a piece from some of the derelict junk i own. Fully expecting a solid "Go buy a new mower" answer and end up either walking out with the part or having it ordered. They are a great local business that will have me as a returning customer for their patients and understanding if nothing else.

I purchased a Husqvarna 348 XD riding mower from Ray's Lawn Mower S & S in June of 2021. The Covid 19 Pandemic has caused shortages of many consumer goods, I had to phone numerous dealers in order to find in stock inventory. Ray's had several of the tractors i wanted,and they had it at the best price, with a discount for cash! To top that off they are Great people that are so pleasant to deal with!
Ray went over all the features of the tractors with us, then loaded the tractors on our trailer.
I received a "Thank you for your business " letter the next week! WOW! That certainly is rare in this day and age of big box store mentality!
