Captain Ron's Deli

The food is better than most in a small town PA sort of way. Bikers have known about Ashville for years, now they have a new reason to stop.

Family was hungry and just wanted a single large pizza. NO PROBLEM SAYS THE CAPTAIN. Delightful thin crust pizza, fast too!

Clean store, friendly staff and food is awesome.... best philly cheese steak pizza and stromboli I've had.

Nice quiet place to get some awesome food and relax a bit. Take out is also a fantastic option. I am so thankful for the friendly staff and the convenience of having such a great variety of groceries, snacks, dairy, small hardware, and other "need in a pinch" items. Captain Ron is an asset to the extended community and travelers alike.

It was "my turn to cook", so instead I opted for Captain Ron's. This turned out to be the right call! We got the white pizza with broccoli & tomatoes and 2 flavors of wings. The food was ready in the expected time and we were not disappointed. The pizza was fantastic and the wings were great as well. I do prefer my honey mustard wings with a bit of a "zing" to the sauce, which these did not have, but they were still good. The butter garlic parmesan wings were different than any other I've had of this flavor, but were still tasty. I think using shredded parmesan instead of grated was what was difference was. Tons of garlic, though, which was also good as a dip for the pizza crust. My family and I are looking forward to exploring the many other offerings at Captain Ron's!

The place itself is a bit run-down, but don't let that fool you. They serve a top tier cheesesteak with minimal wait time, and the staff couldn't be nicer. If you're in Ashville, don't hesitate.

We had pepperoni pizza and wings. The pizza had thin crispy crust and was delish. Wings were huge and meaty with great flavor. The prices were great for the quality. We will definitely be stopping back. It is nice to have a place so close to home for a quick and easy dinner.

Today I got the Ash Wednesday Lenten fish dinner. They make without a doubt the best fried fish meal I've ever had. You get two sides: fries, coleslaw, mac 'n cheese, or stewed tomatoes. A little pricey for two full meals but you get a massive amount of food and two big pieces of fried fish in each. I'd rather get the fish here rather than somewhere else That's how good it was.

My husband and I stopped on our way through Asheville to eat and stopped here. My husband loves burgers and I love salads. My husband got the mushroom Swiss .. Big and amazing. Same with the Steak salad I had. 5 star food must try. Very clean and friendly.. You won't be sorry you stopped.

Captain Ron’s has excellent food. Haven’t had anything from here that was anything less than excellent. Small convenience store that always seems to have what I need. They also sale Vale Wood Farms ice cream. If you’ve never had this you need too! They have many different flavors, from vanilla or chocolate to apple pie and pumpkin pie.

Stopped today to grab a bite to eat with a buddy. Got the BBQ chicken Stromboli and it was awesome! Nice having a small locally run place to grab a quick bite to eat in the afternoon. Pretty decently proportioned food as well! You won’t be disappointed.

I saw that Captain Ron's was opening over the winter. I was super excited to see something going into Ashville! My husband and I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Stromboli, fried chicken salad, wings, and an order of fries. Everything was AMAZING. We were surprised with the Buffalo chicken Stromboli. Typically when you get one, its whole chucks on Chicken and somewhat of a buffalo/ranch sauce. This was Buffalo chicken dip basically put into a Stromboli. I loved it! My husband was super excited about the Spice rubbed wings. He ate them before i could even try one. Everything else was really good too. Definitely plan on going back and trying more items off their menu!

I have stoped in several times for lunch while working in the area had there pizza ,mushroom Swiss burger ,cheese steak, fries everything was really good never had a bad experience there would recommend it to anyone

Called a day ahead for an order of 6 pizzas for a birthday party and picked up the next day right on time, the pizza was delicious was great for a birthday party! Definitely would recommend, great prices!

Excellent food, great portions. Friendly staff, I love that they have Gallikers products, including ice cream!

Great wings cooked perfectly juicy tender and lip smackin good

I ordered when I got there and sat inside and waited. I was extremely impressed with the number of times I saw both employees washing and or sanitizing their hands.
