Yet again, Jim and Dave have gone above and beyond. I had hit a deer about a month or so ago (total loss) and naturally i checked their website almost everyday for a month because i refused to go anywhere else and i was going to wait for the perfect vehicle.

i stumbled across this ‘15 Buick Encore and inquired almost IMMEDIATELY because i know cars sell fast here!! everything was perfect on paper but when i went to test drive it, they had the vehicle completely cleaned inside and out-it sparkled!! when they pulled around, my jaw dropped. great cars and great men, i’ll always rate Workmans a 10/10.

They even stayed past their closing time to ensure we got everything in order and would be able to leave with our car that night…and we did! We got a beautiful car for a great price and we couldn’t be happier. We live 3 hours away but will definitely make the drive out to work with them again.

I had an excellent experience with Workman Auto. Phenomenal Customer Service. From Emailing to in Person. Jim is hands down the best. Going through this process was scary for me. I didn't have my dad to help me out. And Jim was great to me. Answered every Question I had. Double-checked things to reassure me. (I was treated like family). I'm from out of State and Jim made sure everything would go smoothly for me. I would recommend them to everyone. My truck is in great condition with low miles and I got it for a GREAT Price. We recently bought a Subaru from Workman. They went far beyond the call of duty as far as seeing that we were happy with the process and happy with the purchase. I was particularly impressed by how diligently they have their vehicles gone over by the best mechanics around. I know they put a good amount of money into this vehicle to make sure it was in top shape for sale.

They even met us at the store when it was supposed to be their day off, so we could take the car to our own mechanic to have it checked over. Our mechanic was impressed that this car had brand new front and rear brakes. And our mechanic knew the workman owner/staff and said to us that Workman was trustworthy.

I am very much satisfied with the service I received from Workman Auto. I bought a 2015 Honda Accord from them. After purchasing the car, it showed some problems with the brakes and catalytic converter. At first, I was a bit upset about that, and then I realised that it was a pre-owned car, and showing such problems is not unusual. But Jim and Dave solved all of those problems at their own cost. Moreover, when they were repairing my car, they always gave me another car so that I don’t have any trouble in moving. They were always very kind and friendly to me. They seem to be a man of their words. They left me no choice but to give them a 5 star review. I highly recommend them.

You Simply Cannot Beat the Value and Experience!

Here's mine...I am a single parent of triplets + 1 and I have a disability...that normally makes transactions like these for me even more challenging, but not at Workman Auto. I just walked in and bought my 2020 Toyota Sienna same day ...for the first time in my life off of a used car vehicle lot and I loved the experience! In the past, I would have never considered doing that because it was hard for me to trust a car buying experience from anywhere but a new car dealership. However, I got an actual recommendation from a highly reliable source to give Workman Auto a try and I am so glad I did! There were so many customers there already that day and believe me, you will understand why when you go! The selection was nothing but highly desirable used vehicles...I was even challenged by a buyer competitor on that same day, for the same vehicle I was looking at! (so I had to write my downpayment check quickly and Ihave had absolutely no regrets). Workman Auto gets an A+ on both the pre-sales and post sales experience.

Workman Auto was great to work with. They were focused on helping me make the right decision for me, kept my budget in mind, and let me decide the timeline for purchase. There wasn't a hard sell and they had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend!

Vehicles are reasonably priced compared to larger dealerships, no reason to haggle about pricing. They are professional, friendly, and patient with the picky, "tire kicking" customer like me. They earned my business.

I’ve purchased a total 3 vehicles from Workman Auto, each and every time I’ve had a great experience and I hear the same thing from friends and family that have dealt with them as well, they treat you like friends and family and do not pressure you to buy anything. My most recent purchase of a 2016 Honda CRV EXL is another excellent example of the quality and fair prices I’ve come to expect from Workman Auto and will keep me coming back in the future. The most honest and humble car dealers in this whole area!! To be heard, understood, and respected is what to expect from these guys.

As a young girl who knows nothing about cars and trying to sell my mother’s car who had passed, I never once felt taken advantage of (like other places in this area have made me feel.)

To sit with me and explain things is all i could’ve ever asked for. Never once did I feel belittled for my lack of knowledge.
I seriously will cherish this experience and give them nothing but awesome reviews and refer everyone I know to them!! You guys seriously rock!!!

Wow, just WOW. I cannot give enough stars to this business. Let's face it, everyone despises the car buying process but this dealership has completely changed that for me. When we pulled up, for an appointment outside of normal hours, we were greeted like old friends. Jim had a dealer plate in hand and was installing it as I did a precursory lap around the car we drove two hours to purchase. Within minutes we were on the road test driving.

Upon return I performed some diagnostics on the vehicle and a more thorough inspection. I asked if there were any outlandish dealer fees like so many others like to line their pockets with and he clearly explained the only fees are PA tax, tag, title, and the "messenger" fees which are standard anytime you're not in a PennDOT facility.

There was no point in haggling on the price, it was very fair. I said let's close this deal. The car even came with a third party warranty.

While we were signing the paperwork, another gentleman in the office installed our new plates. We were on the road home, a mere hour after our arrival.

On the drive home, the cruise control light was blinking, pointing to an error, something I didn't test on the drive and it didn't throw a code. I sent Jim a text and he said take it to the Toyota dealership and give them our number for payment.

The next day, our first drive in the dark, we noticed a headlight was out. I ordered new halogen bulbs, found out the car has HID's, so we put it back together and they worked. A short time later they were back to flickering. A quick text to Jim and it was added to the list for the local dealership visit.

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience.

Hands down, I would recommend anyone that is in the market to buy a used car to go to workman auto. Hands down, no strings attached. Not only are there been no strings attached but a true honest businessman.

An Amazing Experience!
My wife and I have dealt with Workman Auto Inc a few times now. Specifically with Dave. Absolutely every single detail concerning buying, trading, or out right selling a vehicle has been by far the easiest process we have ever experienced. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. Any question be it important or seemingly silly is approached with care and attention to detail, and answered with truth not just a rattled off an answer to get you out the door. Their inventory at Workman is often changing, however it is all well kept, and in great condition. Very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to financing. They don't bounce your credit off of a hundred banks causing your score to drop.
I would absolutely recommend shopping for your vehicle at Workman Auto.

Dave and Jim have been awesome to deal with. Just bought a Jeep today and about 2 months ago bought a Subaru. The family in a whole has bought 6 or 7 vehicles from Workman over the years. Best prices I found on everyone of them . Would recommend them to anyone very fast and professional.
