Friendly staff. Upgrade my phone In 15-20 mins. Super impressive

On the road trucker driver from Virginia that run my business from my phone had an emergency and manager Felicia was super courteous and helpful a did best in giving me the best service..She attended to my NEED! Employees like her is the reason why I stick with AT&T and so does my family!

I am so happy with the service at this location. The staff is courteous and very helpful. They took time to help with everything we needed, and didn’t make us feel rushed. We had 4 devices we needed help with and they took care of everything in a timely manner, knowing we were on a tight schedule. The manager was so knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had. I am so glad we chose this location for the service we needed. I definitely would recommend it for any of your ATT needs.

Felicia's the best. Any problem I've ever had with a phone, or service she's given me an honest and helpful answer. If I move out of the area, and time comes for me to have to go to an AT&T store, I'll be making the trip because I know im in good hands when she's working.
(Nothing against the other workers, just haven't dealt with them extensively)

Felicia and Abby were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we were getting the right plan at the right price for our family of five. The AT&T service strength at our home is far better than our previous carrier.

I purchased a Samsung phone at a Target store. When I encounter problems with my new phone I didn't want to travel 50 miles to the Target store so I stopped at the AT&T store. The girl that waited on me was very helpful and she fixed my phone in minutes.

I believe his name was Andrew Harbaugh... Ya, that guy's the bees knees. Real go getter that one. Not sure if he was the manager or not, but if he isn't, he should be. Top of the line customer service from Mr. Harbaugh. Overall, there was a really good vibe coming from this store. I will never go anywhere else. I would walk 500 miles to get to this store.

Went in to discuss a new plan for my iPhone and Andrew went above and beyond expectations. Friendly staff all around. Would recommend 10/10 times.
