These are good people to work with. I'll buy my next vehicle from them, whether I need the type of credit service they offer or not. I know they'll treat me right. All around excellent customer service and that's something you don't find much, anymore.

It was GREAT when Mark and Jeremy were there. I LOVED doing business with them. I called this morning and found out they both left the company. Hopefully I can find out what company they go to and can follow them for my service needs! I don't know how the new owners/workers will be.

Took my daughter there so she could buy her first car on her own. Not only did they go far out of their way to make sure she was able to afford her car, they made her first buying experience a great one. I will be going there for my future vehicles.

Had a wonderful experience. Was there for 2 hours and left with a reliable car at a more then fair price and dealt with very respectable people. I will recommend this place to everyone who asks!!

They helped me get into a new car.

We bought our 01 Ford Taurus from Millennium back in 2011. Mechanical issues have come up, the car is now 12 years old so this is to be expected. Millennium does all my repairs on my car and they do them right, the FIRST time. They've worked with us on our bill when money was tight and have taken EXCELLENT care of our car and us. When it comes time for our next used car millennium is the only place I will go!! Love the crew there. Thanks Lynnell, Gary, Jeremy and Mark!!!

Can get you into a car in a pinch, but once things go down hill with that car they're no where to be found. Stacy the receptionist is the best thing about that place.

They don't take payments

I thought that it would be a good idea to voice my opinion on here. Sadly I gave this dealership a a star at all, but it's better than seeing them have a good review.
My '04 Dodge Neon that I had for two years ended up completely giving up on my a little over a week ago, so I was in need of a car. I hadn't heard bad things about Millennium until I experienced it myself first hand.
I picked out a '02 Honda Accord from them on Monday, August 14th, had nothing wrong with it while I was test driving it. Although, prior to test driving the car, they never put any fuel in, it was bone dry.
Not even 5 hours after I sign all the paperwork, excited about actually having a car again because of my luck with my first car (Neon), I start having transmission problems. It was having a hard time shifting gears, check engine light came on, accelerating was an issue, etc. I called Millennium on Tuesday, August 15th, they told me to bring the car to their shop to diagnose the problem, so I do. I figure it might be something simple to figure out, maybe a dirty fuel filter or something of the sort. They hook up their device to read my computer, then tell me to take it to a transmission shop. I get to the shop and they tell me that they can't work on my car because Millennium cleared my system. So, I had to drive around this car until my check engine light came back on so I could have the trans shop look at it. I barely make it half way home, to Shippensburg, and I have the same problem again but no check engine light. I called the trans shop, told them about the issue again and they told me to just bring it in and they'll figure it out for me.
Next day, I didn't hear anything from anyone. Come Thursday, August 17th, I get a call from the shop, not even Millennium, telling me that the owner of the dealership would be picking up my car to take it back to their shop to work on it, never received a call from Millennium about that. Friday, August 18th, I showed up at Millennium asking what exactly is going on with the car because I haven't been updated and clearly the car hasn't been worked on. I was told by them that the trans shop had ordered a part and that they were supposed to be fixing the problem. I decide to go to the shop and ask them about what's going on with my car, they're just as confused as I am. They told me that the owner of the dealership was supposed to pick it up sometime, the day prior or that day.
Today is Sunday, August 20th, the 2002 Honda Accord is still sitting at the transmission shop. They've managed to waste my time, my money, and their communication skills are non-existing. I can only imagine what tomorrow will bring for me in regards to this.

Hate to give it 1 star cause it's not worth it. Had 3 cars from there and they all had things wrong with them, that should not have passed inspection. And the one car we gave back that needed loads of work done to pass and it was back out on the lot in 2 days. Mind you we dropped it off on Friday, got our belongings on a Saturday and Monday it was back out on the lot to be sold!! Lesson learned, we will NEVER but from them again!!!
