Had a new hard drive installed. They did great work and the transfer over was seamless. Will definitely use them again for my computer needs.

Stopped in to buy something and after speaking with the guys there learned i didnt need to buy anything afterall. Very helpful, and generous with their time, even though it was obvious that they were busy as heck when I walked in. I was very impressed with the level of detailed knowledge they had regarding my issue. In my experience, computer store personell dont like having their brains picked for free. In this case, these guys could not have been more forthcoming and helpful.

I know where ill be going to have my stable diffusion/chat gpt rig built.

These folks are great. Very professional and friendly. My old H.P. was infected badly and it totally crashed. I wanted to keep it because it has a DVD player, and I just like it. I took it to the Computer Cooperative in Randolph. They evaluated it and contacted me with the steps they needed to take, and the price involved. Then they kept in touch with me and fully informed me, and got my consent, for everything they did. They put in a new solid state hard drive, and a new system (which is smooth and clean and more user friendly than Windows). Very fair prices. The computer is way better now than when it first broke down! 5 STARS!!!

I have always been fond of this company, the staff is nice, they don't disrespect you if you don't know what you are talking about. I see a lot of reviews who say don't go, but I would. Computers are unpredictable, you cannot expect the same outcome each time. I love hanging out there, I always get the help I need!

Vermont Computer was very friendly and helpful on May 4, 2021. They fixed my computer problem quickly and took the time to explain all the details to help me understand in layman's language! They are my 'go to' for any computer problems. Thank you very much to: Ian, Nova, and Matt!

Very knowledgeably people and even have a gaming place inside the people are so nice can you imagine they atre open late just for gaming alot of young people and young adults some times as many as 30 people are there i recomend that you check it out yourselves

You know how Applebee's used to be really good, This place has always been that good and through all this chaos I still see the amazing influence they have amongst the town. Thank you guys for sticking with it.

Great Place !!!

Well I didn't think I'd be writing this review as is. But with my experiences. It should be done.

1. Mark up on every day things. Like keyboards (extremely simple and same or higher price compared to competition) or Ethernet cable I paid 25 bucks for. 10 bucks at Walmart. I understand support local businesses. But a 150% mark up on some things. A little incredible.

2. While decent people. Several times now I've seen far below professional attitude. No matter how well you know me. It's a business. And at the business I am a customer and that's not the way to act. Screaming. Shouting. Throwing things. Breaking things. And smashing things. And lastly

3. Upgraded my PC. And the results were great until I experienced an issue. So not only spent 400 dollars for parts and labor, but now have constant shut downs during random times to make my PC half unusable. Instead of correcting the problem as it's a clear result of work done as it didn't happen before. Told me they are going to also charge for additional work and I have to make an appointment and work order. Not that I already spent money. Not that I've lost hours of my personal time. And also money in gas to bring my PC in several times.

I know the people and they are good people. But with standards. Practices. And values like these. I do not foresee great things for the company. Really a shame that this is the result. Will be going elsewhere with more reasonable practices going forward.

Side note. Not a great look when you have friends. Family. And employees. Give 5 star ratings and reviews on your business. Not very transparent and a conflict of interest.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS. Brought them a malfunctioning hard drive and they said it was fine. Got it to spin but DID NOT BACK IT UP. Acted like i must just be an idiot. It completely failed. Either I pay 2000 for data recovery or lose data I could have recovered if the people knew what they were doing at ALL!
