Abel, Marcos, and the entire team are amazing. My wife and I were in an accident over the weekend and I gave Abel a call. He was extremely responsive, giving us all of the support that we needed. Also would like to add that he was on vacation during this time but it didn't matter at all. All he cared about was making sure that we were OK and taken care of. This business definitely goes above and beyond.

Abel has treated me like family (10 years). I did go through a drawn out total loss claim and it was very frustrating. It was easy to reach them and use the site but there policies are trash. Ultimately I had my car appraised and once my appraiser and SF appraiser concluded on a price I accepted. I would recommend this agent, but if you deal with a total loss claim. Always get an appraisal done. It costs less than $300. And could earn you thousands. In my case over $5,000 due to invoices for modifications completed to the car that the claims departments could not accept due to the age of the modifications. Hope this helps. P.S. I recently had to have my car repaired, with some body work.

I totaled my car on Friday at 9:00 pm (not recommended). By 11 Saturday, I had a rental car and the claim paid in full by Wednesday morning so I could replace my vehicle the next day.
I am grateful for the personal service both Abel, his staff and the full State Farm team delivered.
I know a lot of people like to insurance hop to keep the lowest premium possible but I will stay where I am.

Switched to Abel and his team almost 2 years now and have been very pleased. The switch was the best move we ever made. We recently had a claim and Abel, his team and State Farm were great. Claim was handled fast and professionally. We had a total loss claim and within a week and a half, the claim was settled and everything explained. During that time, Abel called to check in and make sure we didn't have any questions but one of the 1st questions he asked was "how is your daughter". I truly believe he cares about his customers/clients. Make the switch you will be glad you did.

Of all the agents I've had across the nation they have been the best!
I've had two accidents (one my fault the other not) and they handled it quickly with no fuss. Reduced my stress level immensely. Just registered my new utility trailer and it only cost me $10 a year for full coverage!
