Thank you all so much!! They when out of there way to stay late so we could come from West Virginia to come look at our now Beautiful truck!! Hands down was the Best buying experience we have ever had. Thank you ATA once again.

I drove 2 and a half hours away to check out a Subaru Crosstrek when I arrived they had the car cleaned up and ready for me to check out. The car is in great condition and my sales consultant Whitney broke the numbers down for me and explained everything and answered all my questions. I had a few items I wanted to take off my trade and they allowed me to do so over the weekend and even had the car delivered to my house for me. It was an awesome car buying experience and I definitely recommend them.

Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I purchased my 2018 Ram Sport about 2 weeks ago from All Things Automotive at a good price. My salesperson Whitney was great. She had everything done by the time we drove out there. We did a quick test drive about 45 minutes later we were out the door with a full tank of gas. I chatted with Roman too. He was super nice as well. I signed in the wrong spot on some paperwork and they were kind enough to send Gerald out to me to redue it. Mind you I'm 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Gerald was awesome too: If I'm in the market again All Things Automotive will be the place for me.

My mother recommended this dealership to me after she and my father both bought their most recent cars here. Roman and Trent were both a huge help when my husband and I went to buy our new car today. I am 3 weeks (or less) away from giving birth to my first child (thats on us for waiting until we were down to the wire but we made the last minute decision to upgrade after some things with my current vehicle came up.) They definitely understood our urgency and made sure to put us not only in something safe for our child, but something that would last us a good while without breaking our budget and they got us out of there in our new vehicle the same day! Which was very much appreciated! They made sure we knew about our different options from their current selection and we test drove a few different vehicles to ensure we were making the best choice for us. Very professional and personable service. I would definitely recommend both of them and this dealership to anyone I know looking for a newer used vehicle.

Trent was so good to work with. Excellent service! Had some minor issues with the vehicle and he made sure they were fixed and taken care of. Even came to pick up the vehicle instead of me having to drop off! Can’t enough good things about this dealership!!!

Amy Weber is awesome to deal with and really helps with every detail that is needed for services. The go to service advisor is definitely Amy, she gets things done in a great timely manner and great prices and super friendly and great attitude. The other goober that’s there doesn’t have a clue on how to care for the customers and is not in the business for the customers but to only make money.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Whitney Davis from All Things Automotive, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. As an out-of-state buyer located five hours away, I was initially concerned about the logistics and perhaps making the drive only to find that the trade-in and purchase numbers would not work out. However, Whitney's professionalism and dedication quickly put those worries to rest.

The entire buying process was conducted seamlessly through email, making it remarkably easy and convenient for someone like me who couldn't make it to the dealership in person ahead of time. Whitney's attention to detail and clear communication ensured that I was well-informed at every step, and I never felt hassled or pressured into making decisions.

What set All Things Automotive apart was their genuine friendliness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Unlike some dealerships, there was no attempt to upsell me on unnecessary extras. The team's approach was refreshingly transparent, creating an environment where trust was easily established.

While my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, it's worth noting a minor discrepancy. The vehicle was listed with as having a push-button start and heated seats, which, unfortunately, were not present. An unfortunate oversight, but it didn't overshadow the otherwise excellent service.

Choosing to drive five hours for this purchase was a decision based on the reputation of All Things Automotive, as reflected in prior customer reviews. When I arrived, it was clear that they were expecting me and that my time mattered.

I had a few other dealership options that were much closer to home, but the overall reviews and ratings for those places made me really nervous to do business with them. In an era where a business's reputation and word of mouth customer recommendations are crucial, All Things Automotive has certainly earned their positive standing.

Lastly, if all you do is stop by for some engine oil, you won't be disappointed by the amazing mountain views!

All things Automative made my first car buying experience a breeze! Absolutely wonderful staff to work with and very knowledgeable. They were hands down the nicest dealership I dealt with during my Jeep search. Since purchasing my Jeep from them, I have recommended the dealership to everyone. I definitely will be a returning customer! Shout out to their General Sales Manager Roman for answering all of questions and staying late to help complete my purchase.

Let me say just off the bat that these folks are incredible.

I recently was in the market for a used Toyota 4Runner, checking my local dealers and the typical online medians. I received a ping through CarGuru that a vehicle matching the exact trim and specs I was searching for was at a small dealer in central PA called All Things Automotive.

Through the website, I requested more information on the vehicle, it had only been there for a day or two and I knew the lower price would attract a lot of potential buyers. That's how I met Trent and the team at ATA. He contacted me right away and, without prying too hard, convinced me to make the 2 hour drive to meet him and check out the vehicle myself. He sensed I was on the fence, so he sent me a detailed video of the vehicle itself, highlighting certain areas and going over the make of vehicle.

Arriving at the business, I could tell that these folks were down to earth, had a good team dynamic, and were willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I felt comfortable right away. There was no attempt to haggle or push for extra items because I knew that the price they were asking for was already the best I would ever get. After a test drive with Trent and meeting the manager, Roman, I felt competent and confident enough to purchase the vehicle just an hour after first viewing it. I'm personally not the knee-jerk deciding type, so this was a big step for me. I owe all of that to these folks at ATA.

We had a great experience buying our RAM 2500 from all things automotive. Trent was our salesman, we felt he took very good care of us and we didn't feel taken advantage of whatsoever. Glad we made the long trip up, our truck was listed fairly below market value and we got an excellent price for our trade in. The general manager was very friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend doing business with them

The other day, my much loved Mazda got into a fight with a deer. There are never any winners in that situation.
We decided it was best to retire it, and then started the process of looking for a new (to us) vehicle.
We found ourselves at All Things Automotive.
I love that there is zero haggling - no one works on commission, they are hourly based employees.
The price they had set for my "new" car was below KBB, and the car is beautiful.
I walked out spending less than I thought I would need to, in order to get a car I felt good in.
The entire process - from when we walked in, to when we walked out, was about 1.5 hours (that included the test drive of course).
Obviously we hope that we won't be in the market for another used car anytime soon, but if we find ourselves needing another vehicle, this will be our first stop.

Trent Sowers with Allthings Automotive was an amazing salesman. He didn’t pester me as soon as I pulled into the lot. He was busy when I got there but another saleswoman helped me with getting the tags on it for a test drive. Once we got back from the test drive, Trent was there to greet me. He asked me how I like the truck, I said I liked it and if he could get the payment where I wanted it, I’d take it home that night. Trent and his team got it done for me. I have recommended Allthings automotive to several people I work with since getting the truck. Best place I’ve dealt with in a long time.

The person who answered our phone call (on a rainy day and with a car that would not start) connected me to the service department after looking for someone to answer the call, with a pleasant manner and a helpful reply .
The service manager heard my plea, recognizing we really were stuck, and personally came to our rescue, about two miles away. He could have let us wait...but he did not! And he was pleasant and encouraging the whole time. And got us fixed up quickly.

Everyone was so helpful and generous with their time , as well as trying their best to find a good rate for financing. Very pleased with my first dealings with the dealership, I will be back for sure.

Best car buying experience we have had to date! We completed almost everything virtually and the final signing was so quick and easy. No hassle, no haggle, no BS. Whitney, Trent, Roman and everyone we encountered were great! Our 3 year old became best friends with Whitney and they made the whole family feel welcomed. Felt like buying a car from a friend! They were honest, never pushy and very fair with our trade! Whenever we’re in the market for another vehicle, we will certainly be back and we hope the same crew will be there!
