Nice Starbucks has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the baristas are top-notch, very quick, and friendly staff.

I’ve been to this location a couple times. Once I went in to get a coffee before a trip to my friend’s house. I did not catch the employee’s name but he was super sweet and knew exactly what kind of drink I wanted! Even mentioned it was his favorite. When I received my drink, there was a cute little smiley face on the lid. It’s little occasional things like that that make a customer’s day! 🥰 Other times I have been in, employees are really nice and sweet. Love this location!

We frequent Starbucks when traveling. This particular Starbucks was very welcoming, had great service, the music was not too loud, bathrooms were super clean, almost spotless. Just wanted to say thank you to the women who worked there today.

It is great to have Starbuck's on the East Coast. I miss Starbuck's on every other corner. Super coffee! I recommend this Starbuck's!!!

The crew at this Starbucks is incredible! So friendly so efficient and careful and they go above and beyond to make people and kids feel at home and seen. Y’all are the absolute GOATs and I’m so glad we stopped in.

The staff at this Starbucks is always so friendly and upbeat! I watched them deal with a very difficult customer today during the morning rush and both the manager and the other employees handled it extremely well. The manager was by his employee’s side quickly when the employee began to get harassed by this customer and he took control of the situation. Kudos to you all and thank you very much for your wonderful customer service!

Great experience, however I can't speak to to food or atmosphere as I utilized the drive thru and didn't order any food or experience their atmosphere.
Over all satisfied with my frappe.

Always a great place to go. If you want a tasty treat, order their little omelets. They are Delicious.

Love the employees and they were actually very quick.
To those who are complaining about the long waits, it really depended on the specific orders the customers in front would order.
To those complaining of the employees… um did you even go to the same Starbucks???
Also, because of the current world events of Covid-19 and you know, workforce shortage, sometimes the place has to close early because they didn’t have enough employees to work some shifts. Please be mindful of that
A lot of the angry/negative posts were from very common instances that occur at most establishments and at a majority of fast food/coffee places… so please be open to that
Also, there are some pretty rude people who live in the area… a lot of rude people. So, I’m so glad to actually go to Starbucks where the employees are super friendly, warm and welcoming.
Before you post a negative review, please be mindful of these things and read the other reviews too.

First time at any Starbucks and this was a really wonderful one. The service was really great. The employees were wonderful super friendly. And they served you personally. I just wish I could remember my servers name. She was super nice. Went above and beyond. Thanks guys.

The morning crew is great!! I go every morning through the drive thru and they all are so friendly!! My order is always perfect!!

Don't know about food but there coffee is amazing. It just takes ridiculous amounts of time to get your drinks

This Starbucks is awesome. My boyfriend and I had visited a different Starbucks location who refused to let me use my free birthday beverage reward. They didn’t make an effort to make the issue right. So we visited this Starbucks location and our cashier Alachell was very nice and more than happy to help us. She also made things right and not only gave the free birthday reward 2 weeks later, but was overall very helpful.

I frequent this starbucks multiple times a week, always at varying times. Each and EVERY employee I have encountered has been nothing but patient (as I am super indecisive when it comes to deciding what I want to order), kind, and honestly even though it may just be idle chit chat a lot of those conversations brighten my day. This is my FAVORITE location. 10/10 recommend.

I have been religiously visiting this starbucks on my way to work each morning. The barista's are honestly one of the favorite parts of my day, they are always so kind and welcoming. Of course the food is delicious as always, but I do genuinely LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff, they are what keeps me coming back.

I was having a rough start to my morning... I had a baby & a toddler screaming bloody murder while I was trying to order. When I pulled up the window to pay, the guy said he was allowed to give away 1 free drink everyday & today he chose me because he thought I needed it. How awesome is that?! Not only did I get an amazing drink (shots of espresso of course!) I forgot all about my rough morning with just this friendly gesture. I wish I would have gotten the guys name so I could personally thank him again!
