SkiOnSkiOff in Killington

This is our third time coming back to the "76" House. Why would we come back to an east coast resort after taking a trip out west in 2018? It is simple, it was the 76 House that brought us back. Every night while in Colorado last year we kept saying how much we missed this house. The conditions this year were NOT good at all! It was warm, the snow was slush, freezing rain, then it got cold and was icy, but you know what? It was all good because of the 76 House. This is absolutely our favorite vacation rental and we will be back! For those looking to rent, look no further! Remember that a good vacation rental is more than just the number of bedrooms. It is about living and usable space! There were 8 of us and it would have been just as comfortable with 2 or 3 more. Hot tub was awesome, a quick walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes. Stocked firewood everyday, a pool table to gather around with your friends in the evenings. What more do you want!!
I have only one suggestion for the owners. The room with the 4 single beds and the pool table. Hang a few simple metal bars on the walls with some coat hangers so the guys using that room have a place to dry their stuff instead of all over the room :-)
Seriously, this was my only complaint. See you next year!

Amazing place !!!! We stayed at the Navillus House and the description was spot on. The best part was the ease of access to the ski trail. Kevin and Betsie were great to deal with and were very responsive to questions.

I want to let you know how much we enjoyed our rental of Trailside Condo #6. We had a great 3 day weekend. The Unit was very clean and more than met our expectations. The response from you and your staff on the couple of issues we had was great and your maintenance guys were fantastic. I mentioned the propane might be low while they were maintaining another condo hot tub and before I knew it there was a full tank in our grill and they had shoveled out the deck and the grill after 15 inches of snow overnight so I could grill in comfort. Speaking of the snow – they kept the road open and got the parking lot cleaned up really good. We were skiing all day after the snow and when we returned, they were digging out our vehicles so we could brush them off and repark them in a clean spot. Most rentals never have enough parking – your lot is bigger than most and always had room for us each time we returned – that is a great benefit to me. As you know we were 3 generations for the weekend and the unit more than met our expectations – the location is really skionskioff for sure.

We stayed in condo 5 and let me just say that this place was INCREDIBLE!!! Nothing better than having a private sauna and hot tub to come home to everyday after sking all day! Also the owner Kevin, woke up at 4am to help us get down the hill during a snow storm… TALK ABOUT CARING, this guy is incredible!

Definitely coming back here and would recommend this to anyone!

We had an absolutely unforgettable family trip staying at The 76 House, thanks to Kevin and Betsie. The house itself is amazing with beautiful amenities that are well maintained. When we needed anything, Kevin was immediately responsive and his staff was here to help. The set up here is perfect for a family to have the time of their lives, with great separation of spaces for kiddos and grown ups. So grateful for this time and magical memories made here. I can't recommend them highly enough.

From my first contact to my last contact this go around with SkiOnSkiOff was perfect!! Staff was flexible & accommodating during our entire stay.
We had booked unit 4 but because they are doing a ton of work in the condo units we were put into the "76 House" absolutely beautiful & a ton of room.
Hot tub was amazing & relaxing after of Spartan Race. We were within walking distance from the race which was perfect.
We were so happy & relaxed will be back next year,Just waiting for 2023 Killington Spartan date & we will be booking with you agian.

Trailside Condo #4 was very nice. Furniture, beds, and appliances were all in very good shape. The condo was nicely equipped with a full kitchen, 2 full baths, a sauna and private hot tub. Nice gas burning fireplace. Working with the staff was very easy. Kevin and Bestie were very responsive. If you have any problems do hesitate to contact them. We had an issue with the fireplace and they sent the gas company over right away.
One thing that bothered me during my booking process was the fact that after the initial deposit, payment could only be made by cash, check, or wire... If they updated this process it would make life easier for renters.
Please follow the rules especially about the windows. They will check and ask you to close them.
Overall a great experience with a great company. I would rent from them again!!

We have been staying at a SkionSkiOff property for more than 10 years now. We have mostly stayed at the 76 house, but have also stayed at the Matterhorn and Nautilus. Kevin and his staff have always accommodated us and always made our stay a great retreat! Properties are large and designed to accommodate large groups. Highly recommend.

We have been using skionskioff for over 10 years now and have never regretted it. The houses are great. I love being able to do laundry after a day on the slopes. Any problems that may arise they are happy to handle and that almost never happens. We look forward to "thinking snow" every year!

We've been to Killington several times and always return to the 76 house. You can't go wrong. The house has everything we need and it's the perfect location. The 76 house makes the time off the slopes just as good as on the slopes. Cant wait to go back!

Kevin and his staff are truly white glove service at its finest! Been using them for years, and always have an amazing experience! Their attention to detail couple with the highest quality service, make them the BEST around!

15 years i ve been going to their properties . its best u can get in killington . kevin and his stuff work hard to accommodate all our needs . hot tube sauna towels sheets soup paper towels full kitchen its all there . this is luxury .
if you expecting all marble floors and Burberry sheets go to miami u dont belong here and u dont know what mountain living should look like . this is best i found and trust me when i tell u i ve been many places

This was my 2nd time staying at the "76" house and I absolutely loved it. So much living space. Huge hot tub and a nice pool table upstairs. Can't wait to go back next year
