Rebekah Richards is absolutely awesome! Her experience and background in sports, particularly soccer, clearly represents her knowledge in lower body joints including ankles and feet.

During my appointments and surgery she has been an excellent communicator and has listened very closely to my concerns and questions. I told her on several occasions I trust her observations and suggestions.

We have had excellent care with Karlie Richards and her staff working with our various family members!
Very professional and compassionate with one member who had significant complications with diabetes with a foot with possible amputation. She gave us guidance to find one of the top surgeons in the area at Penn Med that handles extreme complex cases which resulted in saving her foot. She and her staff assisted in finding specialists for care at the home and local wound care clinics following the surgery and made recommendations for special boots to provide the ability for the person to walk vs confined to a wheel chair. Karlie treated another family member with a simple foot injury from broken glass embedded in the heal of the foot. Her staff we very polite and took necessary X-rays to locate the glass and then she and her staff removed it. Another family member broke a bone and received the same professional care from the member of the team of doctors. The office staff goes the extra mile to find a appointments that work with our schedules and assist with getting family members in the car or around the facility and forwarding important health care information to assist the family. We highly recommend the Richards and the entire team for there professionalism and kindness. You just do not see that every day any more.

Worked extremely fast, seemed to not have time to do the job correctly. She cut two of my toes. Second time a helper cut my nails and Dr. Took 15 seconds to check her work. Will not return here.
