Arby's

This is one my family's favorite fast-food places. We always enjoy the food, and the friendly service.
PLEASE TRY THEIR "SMOKE HOUSE BRISKET" ITS TOPS!

There is an elderly woman that works at the front counter. And she is just spectacular, she is a trip and always looking forward to going there. Just to see her almost certain that she kept her sad place Did I tell you to try their burgers? They have the best burgers around period

Delicious crispy fish sandwich and crinkle cut fries. The food was very fresh. Friendly employees. Pretty fast drive thru. Drive thru only. Inside, it's not open for dine in or takeout. **Update: The inside is open for dining in and take-out. New sandwich, the Americana, roast beef with all of the burger toppings. Delicious.

The food has always been good here. However, there are times when the service is a little slow, and I'm not talking about peak times. Just depends on who is working ig.

I was on my way to work and I had to get something to eat. I had the fish wrapped one, it was really good but, a bit spicy. I like it.

Excellent customer service. We ordered our food and within 2 minutes it was done. Very fast service. They have a nice area to get ur drinks and sauces. Easy off and on the interstate for a quick stop. We ordered the classic roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. Tasted great as usual.

The service was great the young man who works the night shift is very good at his job

Their food is good. We always have a coupon to use, which helps our budget since we are older folks.

I love to go to Arby's because you get other things than burgers. I got two roast beef in the new wagyu burger for my husband and it was for carryout not dine in. The service was good it wasn't that busy there wasn't a lot of people around. I had no problems with the order being right and today we tried the peach lemonade and it was so good.

I used to eat here all the time, when a young woman named Stephanie was the manager, And it was awesome. She left, and the food and service just wasn't the same. I stop by once in awhile just to try, but things just weren't as good. Today we stopped in, for a quick bite. The young man that is now manager. Was great. It's almost as good as it used to be. It's about time they hired another manager that believes in customer service

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this Arby's. The people working the counter are always courteous, and the food is always good.

*Update* - I had to drop in to try the new Waygu burger. I got the bacon ranch burger and WOWWWW, what a burger! It was bursting with all of the right flavors and hands down beats all competitors from near and far! Strawberry lemonade was a bit too sweet and syrupy, but dang, THAT BURGER!

Super busy location. Staff does a great job getting everything out in a timely manner. The staff are super friendly. Please bring back potato cakes. A little piece of me died when they left the menu.

Probably one of the best fast food restaurants in Chambersburg. Their staff are always smiling and courteous, I have never gotten a wrong food/missing item, and everything is always fresh and tasty. Their restaurant is also always very clean. You can tell these employees take pride in their job. Keep up the good work!!

Their roast beef sandwich and curly fries are so delicious. My food was freshly made. Nice experience without costing alot out of your pocket

I love taking my boys to Arby's. Using the coupons I get in the mail, I can get some pretty sweet deals and feed everyone without spending a lot of money. The service is always prompt and the staff are super friendly. I plan on taking my kids and going back often.

It's super clean, with great service and better food. My order has never been screwed up and my food always comes out hot and fresh. I always ring the bell when I leave. :)

Emily is always super nice when I come through the drive through and having that nice interaction is rare with fast food restaurants. It takes a lot to make me write a review about a drive through experience but here we are. Thank you Emily!

The experience was so good I had to comment on it. The employee assisting us was Edwin. Professional, funny and extremely helpful.
