Huge store, huge selection of everything. People at the door just waiting to help you find what you're looking for and they're so helpful, there's things I've never even heard of that they showed me. Range of everything from casual to extreme fetish.
They take anything out of the box to show, and they have batteries to make sure toys work. Prices from average to high depending on what you're looking for.
Some reviews say customer service is bad but that is absolutely not the case. They're very friendly and also know when to give you space to look for yourself. Felt very comfortable, the lady that helped me knew A LOT

Went to pick up some toys and I must say by far the best customer service ive ever had in a adult store lady at the counter was Kat and she had the most adorable and bubbly personality it was very nice to see her smile and laugh plus she was very helpful in finding what I needed. The store also has a wide selection and is fairly well stocked and its also very clean and sanitary. All in all best shop within a hundred miles of me and best ive ever been to

I go to this store often I love it there the workers are so helpful and kind and the store and bathrooms are very clean i would recommend anyone going to this place it's great I love it the workers are amazing..

First time at this location, very positive and helpful customer service. This location at large selection of toys for any desire, movies, clothes. Customer services was very easy to talk to and made sure that everything was new and functioning correctly before leaving the store.

Customer service was very knowledgable and helpful but was kind of pricey. Will highly recommend and will be going back though.

Place does not like making money. Always some new rule when you get there. The front counter staff is usually not very friendly. I almost gave 3 stars but can't think of a good experience there ever.
