Hampton Inn Chambersburg

Very pleasant experience. My husband and I were tired of driving and decided to stop for the night. The front desk worker was very friendly and gave me options of different rooms available. Walking to the room I smelled a nice scent and thought it might be someone's perfume, but later found out it was the hallway itself. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, which was stocked full. The beds were very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

Quick stop while traveling north for 🌒. Staff was friendly, check in was efficient and rooms were super clean! ❤ The free breakfast is a nice touch but needs some tlc. More fruit available than just apples. Maybe an option to warm the muffins, and more protein options besides “turkey” sausage.

Upon check-in the staff was very helpful and explained everything needed to make us feel welcomed. The room is very clean, the beds are amazing and plenty of restaurants to eat at. With Cracker Barrell about 600 feet to get too. There is complimentary breakfast with stay.

This might be my favorite Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed it. Great service. Everyone I interacted with was top notch. Had a wonderful three night stay. This will be my go to spot to stay when I am back in the area.

If I am on the road, Hampton Inns seem to always be a safe bet. This one is located right off the highway, in a quiet and practical location. Ample parking, clean rooms, nice free breakfast, what else can you ask for? Staff was nice and helpful, from the night auditor at the front desk who checked me in (I got in around 1 am) to the ladies managing the breakfast buffet in the morning. A good spot.

Very clean friendly hotel. Staff were wonderful and cheerful always willing to assist.

My wife and I recently had stayed at this beautiful hotel right off the interstate, unfortunately, we left a handbag there with a lot of personal information and personable‘s. This was very concerning to us as we had driven 500 miles by the time we realized, all else aside, the handbag is back overnighted to our new place ahead of us arriving, thanks to the resolve of Terry. I hope that’s the correct spelling. She helped us, acquire the bag and took care of everything involved for sending it to us. Everyone else at this facility was extremely nice. The room was extremely clean even for a pet room. our stay was great and complemented with a hot breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this for anybody looking for a place just off the highway if they are traveling, I would again just like to extend a personal thank you to Terry for the excellent job and reuniting us with our things from 1000 Miles away.

I travel a lot for business and was not sure what to expect at this hotel but it exceeded my expectations! Excellent service. Liz at the front desk was outstanding. Her attitude and hospitality made this place feel like home. The room was great too. Bright, clean, spacious.

Great location off the highway and the rooms are clean - classic Hampton Inn layout. Staff were friendly and helpful.

While the room was nice and comfortable, and breakfast was good, the elevators had broken before got there and I asked if there was any compensation to the customers who did not have rooms on the first floor and I was told flat out there wasn't and then she asked me very rudely if I still wanted to stay there. The rest of the day was fine but I just wasn't real satisfied with the way that the front desk associate spoke to me. I realize it wasn't their fault the elevator broke but it wasn't the customer's fault and they should not be spoken to in any manner like she did to me.

What a great find for us! We visited on New Years Eve, which was a cold and rainy night. Sally at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, and helped us out with ordering food delivery to the hotel since it was a long day of travel for us and the weather was not great. The rooms were nicely appointed, they look like they were recently updated, and had plenty of USB ports and plugs for the whole family's electronics. Beds were comfortable, hotel rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will return to this hotel as a regular stop on our future trips down the coast. Beds seemed a little small when advertised as queens. The lobby was welcoming and we had plenty of space for a New Year's eve dinner and drinks!

They did everything right. Rooms were small but clean and efficiently furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Nice staff. Well done!

Conveniently located off the highway, plenty of restaurant options close by. Friendly staff and the hotel and the room was immaculate!

Traveling with two chocolate labs ( one. senior with mobility problems) access to the room was very convenient to the car and plenty of green space to walk the dogs.

Very nice hotel, very clean with comfy beds and pillows, and the best staff. Sally at the desk and Kevin in maintenance were great - very helpful for all our needs. Breakfast had lots of good options but I didn't care for the very spicy potatoes, but that's just me. WIFI worked flawlessly, and TV worked great getting Monday Night Football on ESPN. Location was easy on and off I-81 with gas available across the street and many options for dinner. The temporary exterior facade construction during the day necessitating the use the side entrance instead of the front was a small inconvenience compared to all the good this hotel offers at a decent rate.

The room was very nice, and clean. They offered coffee, tea, and cocoa all night long, too. The woman that checked us in could have been nicer, but the lady that checked us out the next morning made up for it. Overall, it was the perfect place to stop for the night. It butts up to a Bob Evans, and there's a Cracker Barrel across the street, too.

Nice clean hotel right off the I-81. Recently renovated so the rooms are clean and new. Two chain restaurants are right near the property but less than a mile away are several good local restaurants.
