I recently had my car repaired after hitting a deer. I am very happy with the service and repairs. They handled everything with the insurance company, provided me with a free loaner, and cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me.

Affordable Body Shop was there for me in my time of need. I had just moved to a new area when I broke an axle on my car. I had no idea who to call for a tow or what garage to take it to. A new neighbor said he had an uncle with a shop in Dickson City, so he called him for me. Even though they don't usually do work like that, Rick agreed to take my job and suggested a tow company. This all occurred on a Thursday, and I had to have my car for work on Saturday. Rick and his mechanic worked on my car after hours to get it done, and even though they're closed on Saturdays, Rick opened up just so I could pick up my car. The price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it, at first. This is the very best way to do business, and I plan to come back when I need body work on my vehicle. You won't be sorry going to Affordable Auto Body.

Using affordable auto for the 3rd time. (Wife’s 3rd accident) was a great experience. Rick is very knowledgeable and understanding making for a five star review. My wife and I did a budget to potentially save money an lowered our insurance rate in return made our deductible higher and we lost rental coverage. Rick gave us a free curtesy car while he had ours at his shop. Affordable auto is good at what the do and it shows in the work. They made a bad situation into a worry free one. I looked up so many other body shops due to an accident that occurred that left my car in bad shape. Alot of the shops were saying that it would take months, except for Affordable Body Shop. He was ready and willing to assist in all ways necessary. So I had my insurance tow to them. When I called, Rich was phenomenal. He was very understanding and even stated that he was closed but if I gave him tow truck number and I gave them his they can stay in contact and he would come back to shop to let car in. He did just that. All through out the process, Rich actually called me and made sure all things were working well. Once my insurance totaled car out there was nothing that the body shop could actually do. BUT the help did not stop there from Rich. I needed $100 deposit down for a rental and Rich called me asking about my options for rental and gave me the $100 to get car. I was shocked but extremely grateful. He even picked me up to take me to the rental place. If you're looking for anyone that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to serve you, this is the place. Very professional He, honest and dependable. He didn't get anything out of me because my car was totaled but he still helped. He has a forever customer from me!!!!!

Affordable Body Shop has always been friendly, no pressure and understanding. They always explain things in a simple understandable manner to people that dont understand cars. I will definitely keep using them for all my car needs. Best garage I have ever used. Cant thank them enough ,from dealing with my insurance adjuster to completing all work necessary to the highest standard, these guys are second to NONE!! Wont take our vehicles anywhere else!!

They did such an amazing job on my Jeep, I hit a deer did a lot of front end damage but I went to go pick it up and they made it look like I just bought it off the lot. Rich is very professional and such a nice guy, I recommend this place definitely
