Great place to stay. Recently renovated and always clean. Alicia is a hard-working manager, always has a smile, and is a true professional who cares.
We have stayed here many times as it is a nice dog friendly place, grassy spaces, and this town also has sidewalks for a longer dog walk.

Stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament and had a great experience. The hotel was surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, the kids enjoyed the pool, and it was quiet at night. The parking lot was well lit at night. The manager was also very nice. No complaints here.

Clean environment. Helpful staff. Very comfortable comforter and pillows. Reasonably priced. The only "issue" we had was there were no knives in our breakfast bag since they are to go due to covid precautions. I came back to the front desk and he was more than willing resolve the issue. The breakfast bag included four different items such as a bagel with jelly and butter, granola bar, mini muffins, apple, and a miniature water bottle. We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. We will continue to return.

The rooms were very clean, very nice and a good price. Nicest I've stayed at in as long time. Pool was cold, but nice. Hot tub was very nice. Stayed in a King suite and it had lots of privacy if you need. Good customer service. We went to Gettysburg and it was a little out of the way, but had a hot tub and was worth it.

I have stayed at several hotels in the area before finding this one and it is BY FAR the cleanest and nicest hotel. The manager Alicia is awesome, goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of her guests. I stay every weekend for nurse ( I am a travel nurse who works night shift) and I am actually able to get sleep during the day because it is a quiet clean hotel. and I definitely will not stay anywhere but here .

Lovely hotel staff, very personable! The cleaners do an amazing job. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are undergoing renovations I believe. You guys really have bad WIFI. Like 56kbps everyday, just make sure you bring a hotspot if you want to use chromecast or laptop. I spent every night in the hot tub it could be a "hotter" and A LOT less chlorinated (the air in the pool room burns your eyes). They do have laundry on the 3rd floor which was really awesome. Other than those things, keep up the amazing work you do!

Fantastic place to stay for the night! This place was absolutely immaculate as far as cleanliness, smelled good, and the rooms were very comfortable and the sheets and blankets were so soft and plush I slept like a baby, which normally does not happen for me while I'm on the road. The staff were some of the friendliest folks that I've ever met, and reciprocated when I told them how much I enjoyed staying there. Simple breakfast in the morning- cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, bagels and toast, self-serve and it was fantastic.This place is a great stop just outside of Chambersburg, with lots of shopping and restaurants 5 seconds away. We will be back for sure!

My husband stayed for two nights and it was a delightful experience. He stated the room was clean, good water pressure and he got a good nights rest. The hotel does not offer hot breakfast, however they do offer a to-go breakfast bag, located at the front desk. (mini muffin, bagel, apple and chocolate chip bar).

The staff in general was helpful and polite at all times. I do recommend this hotel.

Not a 5 star place, but for the price and as decent as it all was... 5 stars.
Swimming pool, small exercise room, hot tub, free cont breakfast with fresh waffle makers. Room nice enough (nicer than I'd expected for price). Clean inside and out, and well-lit. Nice "speakman" shower head. Comfortable bed and pillows. Consider booking in-person to save online "broker" fees (price matched). Very close to several dining options. Close to hwy. 1.5 mile to central cburg (go there for the best $2 tacos you will ever eat: don checko's).

Check in was easy. Room was spacious and clean!! Great location with plenty of dining options around. Great light breakfast.

Location perfect for our needs - visiting someone at a nearby assisted living complex. Access to restaurants and other stores to pick up the items we needed was great. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent amenities. Didn't expect to need a washer and dryer but did and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was free use!

My husband and I have come up here the past 5 weekends in a row. Why you may ask? Because the rooms are excellent the hotel is very well taken care of. To add on to all that the staff is amazing. Alicia the manager is amazing. She has always been so helpful and kind to us. She even remembers our names. That’s really hard to find. Someone who cares enough to build relationships with the people that they barely know. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone coming up to stay in chambersburg.

Walked in to make a reservation for the night(other hotel we had was horrible and we needed a different place to stay) and the woman that was working at the desk (2/27 @ 8pm) was absolutely wonderful and helpful! I wish we had gotten her name. But hope the higher ups can find out who she was.
The room was nice...aside from a few hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest. The pool area and the exercise room were very nice (only walked into both to just look at them).
If we are in the area again, would definitely stay again.

I received a late night snack/early breakfast that left me definitely wanting more.

Country inn is almost always nice but still a very clean room and excellent staff needs to be complimented. And compliment I shall. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms spotless, and although the rooms are not huge, they are very comfortable. We stayed here for a 2 nights and 1 day. It's a quiet hotel and very comfortable pillows and beds. The room smells fresh. We had a king suite. The king bed has a door that closes and locks to that room affording complete privacy from the rest of the room. Something that is a must to us parents with children. The fan can be set to on for those of us addicted to white noise.

Staff is very helpful with booking and answering questions. The room was clean and modern. Only problem (very small one at that) was cleaning crew knocked on the door around 9 a.m. when checkout is at noon. They apologized and went on their way. So, not a major issue 😀

Beautiful accommodation! Rooms were impeccably clean, beds were like sleeping in a cloud. Towels and robes were very high quality. The staff is both friendly and helpful . The breakfast was fantastic. This hotel is an incredible value for the upscale accomidations. Youll never want to leave. Oh and the showers were spa quality its like showering in the rain.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Good sized clean room with comfortable beds. Nice handicapped bathroom. Very friendly night and morning staff. Due to covid, no breakfast buffet. But had bagged breakfast with bagel, muffin, granola bar, apple and bottled water. We'll be back on our return north.

This is one of the nicest hotels that we've stayed at in some time, the room was very accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful, this stay was an extended stay. With Co-Vid 19 precautions in place, we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms were appointed just the way we asked. There was no free breakfast due to the protocols in place. When you want to visit Gettysburg this is our choice. The prices are reasonable, the restaurants are close by, and there's all sorts of things to do in Chambersburg.

Alisha the front desk worker was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and I could not have been happier! Not only is this hotel pet friendly, it knows service dog regulations. If I plan on coming back to the area, this will be where I stay.
