Jewelry Room

The owner was helpful and made with quick time to restring 2 of my rosaries. He provided spacers I had missing and contributed 4 beads that I was also missing. All of which fit the style of the existing beads. I've recommended this jewelry room to anyone that brought up jewelry issues to me.

I have been there numerous times for everything from watch battery replacement to gold chain repair to jewelry purchases. I have ALWAYS had good service at a fair price. A pleasant conversation with Dave as well. A great place.

My mother had 2 watches that have been sitting in a jewelry box for 30 years and wanted to get them running again. Owner was very friendly and took care of my needs quickly. In less than 5 minutes he had changed both watch batteries and I was on my way.

This is my go to place. Love the Ed Levin collection. Dave also has the best, most unique estate jewelry.
Always pleased with the service. It doesn't matter.if he is fixing an antiques heirloom, changing a watch battery or buying a new piece. This store is the Gem of the Abingtons.

I had a custom made ring badly damaged from a door slamming on my finger and David restored it perfectly. He is a true artisan and I would gladly trust him with the care and repair of any of my fine jewelry.

I have a pair of diamond .4 to .5 ct earrings, almost lost one twice! They put security screw backs 14k on them, great job in a timely manner!

Impatient. Unaccommodating. Wasted my time. I can't speak for the quality of the jewelry or service.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SELL ANY JEWLERY I WOULD NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME! L Horrible Customer Service received from Dave the owner! I had watch repair pieces most of them new, real gold, silver, mis. items from a jewlery store a family member owned that passed away most of the items were scrap but I had called the day before I took it there to find out if he would be interested especially in the watch pieces s÷ing as hit site and Facebook page claims he does watch repair. Well he told me I would have to bring it in to know for sure but he said he would probably be interested in the watch pieces especially I then went on to explain how much of it there was and he said to come early enough to have time to go through it all then. So the next morning I arrived with a milk cratefull of everything sorted as best as I could. He at first acted interested but after 2 min. Of me pulling it out he started to get annoyed and first thing he refused waa the watch pieces with out even looking through them at all! I went on to just give him just the silver and gold he looked at maybe 5 pieces said they were real and goes and takes everything I had seperated dumps it all on top of the bin and says you need to clean off my counter if I get busy I can't have all this up here and says if he has to help me look through it he will charge me $45 per hour! Who does this and he was so nasty as if I didn't call explaining and asking and him telling me to bring it all in I do and then its an issue that I was using your counter! OH AND HE WAS RUDE FROM THE START BUT NASTY AFTER 2 MIN OF BEING THERE. WASTE OF MY TIME!

Was treated with disrespect and was refused service, I have been a customer in the past, never will be again. Maybe the owner could care less about me, but he has lost my business. I love supporting local business and prefer to shop there rather than the big name brand places but I will never go back and would recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Closed for vacation the week of Valentine's? Seriously?
