Clugston's Market & Cafe

This vastly underrated gem sits just off the road on the out skirts of town giving it a quite out of the way feel while still having most anything you could want. They have a large collection of bulk goods including candies, spices, flour of all kinds, and more. The market also features a small quaint little coffee shop and offers a great selection that you can even grind yourself. Beyond coffee they also have sandwiches and salads. The meat is amazing! Very fresh and they have homemade bread available! Home cookies and cakes are also readily available and delicious. A small freezer section hosts some frozen selections like fruit, frozen assorted meats from chicken nuggets to meat balls. Prepackaged bulk meals are also available. Fresh produce such as peaches greet you when you enter the door also with fresh cut flowers. The small cafe gives it a very homey feel. When you're here it feels more like a comfortable dinner than a grocery store. And as though that weren't all enough it's a small family owned business. The prices are very reasonable, the products are great, and you'll be helping out a small business. I don't know what more you could ask for.

This is the nicest little place in town to shop and eat. Best breakfast food as well!

The loveliest little place! Farm fresh ingredients, delicious coffee, and amazing service! Has the feel of a cute coffee shop combined with a small local farmers market. So many nice touches with the modern-feeling decor, fresh flowers everywhere, fun little selection of soaps/art, etc. Looking forward to coming back again soon!!

Great place to get takeout or dine in. The food is wonderful. Everything is fresh & delicious. The bulk foods store is an extra delight.

As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years, I was thoroughly impressed. The caliber of food was stellar. Fresh and delicious Ingredients. Hands down one of the best Deli sandwiches I have ever had in my entire life.
The service was friendly and professional. The dining area was quaint and cozy. Extremely comfortable and provided a truly relaxed environment for lunch. Wish I had time to check out the lovely market. This place has it all and is definitely a hidden gem. I would absolutely recommend this place to others. In fact, I'm trying to find a way to plan a business trip out that way just so I have an excuse to dine there again.

Great place for lunch! Their sandwiches are outstanding.
I usually go for the specials.
Priced right for a massive no nonsense sandwich, bag of chips and a pickle.
The staff are friendly, room to have a seat and gobble up your meal and the parking lot has ample room.
I go here once a month at least.

Wonderful place! Little cafe & market with all sorts of produce, staples & bulk foods, candy, ice cream treats, dairy, spices, syrups & jams. Gifts. Oh, and whoopie pies that i kicked myself for not buying some after i left 🤣

Super fresh food, had a club sandwich, it was on homemade bread i think!! It had a nice red tomato, too.. hardly ever see a real red tomato on a sandwich these days!

Nice seating area for dining in, too! Loved it, definitely going back!

The waffle pork sandwich is AWESOME. All of the food I have had from there has been great and I recommend this place to everyone .

Fantastic food and very friendly staff

This place is a hidden gem. The food is awesome, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and they have a lot of goodies you can take with you! It's more than just a cafe, it's a market that has many items you won't find at a regular grocery. If you are into self-sufficiency they have some repackaged bulk items that you might find useful. Check them out!

Nice quiet place for a pleasant lunch. They have a variety of items on the menu that are made fresh and taste good.

Great selection, extremely clean and spacious for the variety of food and ingredients available. Plus excellent sandwiches and soups made to order, and pre made salads and frozen soups as well. Everything is delicious, and extremely fair on the prices.

Was looking for a different local place to eat. Had the chicken salad and potato soup. Both I highly recommend. Coffee was good and the service was great. If your looking for great deli food and pastries this is the place.

Such great service and kind smiles. It’s off the beaten path a bit, but well worth the detour!
