Island Pond Health & Dental Center

Everyone, from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and the dentists, at this office is extremely kind and friendly, even through the challenges of covid-19. I started going to Island Pond dental after several failed attempts to take my children to other offices where we were not met with the level of kindness, patience and flexibility we've experienced here. Morgan is especially great with kids and was able to make our visit a fun and positive experience.

I have been going to Island Pond dental for years. Everyone is so nice and very professional. Very good with Children too. My son is 5 and has been going since he was one. Never had any problems.

Kind, caring and gentle staff

Addie is not a nice person. I have never been to a health care provider and felt like I was being interrogated. I left the office in a full blown panic attack! The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helped me fill out my record transfer form. I am going back to my previous provider over 2 hours away. If you do chose to go here I suggest some e other than Addie. She sucks

Got a letter today stating I was no longer a patient, because I missed my 2nt appointment in 12 months? Maybe if it didn’t take 6 months to get an appointment it wouldn’t be so easy to forget?? Dentist is very rude, making snide comments about teeth problems. Again if it didn’t take 6 months to get me in, maybe my tooth wouldn’t be so bad? Yall are a joke.

Avoid this place like the plague. They won’t treat you, everything is a fight. Especially if you’re elderly or disabled or a woman. This is borderline malpractice. They won’t give you all of your results and they can’t even get the tests done correctly that you asked for. I couldn’t get properly diagnosed here because they won’t listen to you. I now have damaged to my body from delayed treatment.

Dentist is not sympathetic to children with a fear of dentists and snapped at my child to quit talking when he was trying to explain he was feeling pain.
