This place is always great. They are well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. They assisted me in pulling the plumbing parts together to create a camp shower for the family cabin trip with the water shut off for the season. Worked perfectly.

Ace Gervais Hardware is great! The staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely willing and happy to help. They have expanded their product line in order to supply just about anything you might need. Given that they are a small town hardware store, their prices are really competitive and their selection is very broad. Shop here if you can!

There are no words to describe the level of commitment this family has for people. They go WAY above and beyond their responsibilities as business owners/ employees. I was in need of their services twice in 2 days . The first time they took the time to research the item I needed to make sure it fit my application. The second time I was there to buy a bolt and a washer for my snowmobile. Not only did they help me find the proper bolt , they suggested that I pull my sled into their heated work area and then the OWNER of the business helped me to replace the bolt that had fallen out of my A arm assembly, rescuing me from a break down that would have sent me home otherwise.
When I thanked them profusely and insisted on overpaying for the simple hardware I had purchased, the owner insisted that his employee take the remainder of my overpayment and put it is his pocket. Selfless! Very committed to the happiness of their patrons and I'm sure they take a lot of pride in knowing that they turn no one away. These are good people . Please patronize their business. As glowing as a reference as I can give these people , it doesn't express the true good nature and care they have for people , any people . If you go in their store they WILL take care of you . You don't find this level of commitment ANYWHERE. My hat is off to you ! Thanks again!

We love Gervais Ace Hardware. The sales people are so friendly and helpful. We are in there at least once a week. If w we don't bring the dogs. They ask about them!

Scott was very helpful even took time to measure the length of my Harley trike. Called me with information on the cargo max trailer I was interested in. Super impressed with Scott and Reno for the helpful service.

I love this Ave Hardware store! I would go more often, but I don't drive, anymore. They have a terrific variety of items, and the staff are very helpful, if you can't find a certain item.

In the heart of Island Pond and conveniently located right on the VAST system, this Ace hardware store is truly the place to satisfy all your home and snow machine needs. They have just about everything you are looking for at a price thats extrememy competitive with the big box stores in Littleton and others located in Derby. Sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Reno and his staff have provided the people of, and vistors to Island Pond a great place to get the things they need at home and back out on the trails. I cant say enought postive things about Gervais Hardware.
