Drive through tellers are terribly under qualified and seriously undertrained, not the first time I go to Boone bank to simply cash a check which was a Boone bank check just to be told it’s a “third party check” if the tellers were qualified for they’re job they’d know the difference between one of they’re own checks and a third party check. after arguing with a rude and short worded bank teller I finally proceed to receive the money from my check, it shouldn’t be that difficult.

If you ever move away from Boone. Close your account immediately. Terrible service from afar.
