Poor business practices at it finest. I phoned in to order a part and was quoted a price of $65 for the part. I was never told that there would be $110 shipping charge. The part took 3 weeks longer to arrive than I was told, then they charged me $175 instead of the $65 I was told it would be. As a realistic person I could understand a additional shipping charge, but had I been told it would be $110 upfront I would not have ordered. Combine that with poor communication and late arrival I would avoid ordering anything from Iowa Farm Equipment.
