I tried to communicate with Esq. Terry Malone about my concerns with my son’s case in which he is/was hired and received funds to do his work. In return the first day he was able to speak to me and explain his thoughts and plans. However the next day he had given me a very different perspective of him. He yelled at me. I tried to change the tone but he didn’t want to hear me. And Esq. Terry Malone has been given the same behavior to others that are supporting my son. Not a professional option for attorney. Respectfully.

Yelled at me on the phone when i asked follow up questions about the court date that had happened day prior. Told me he didn’t care about my “problems” I was dealing with because from the whole case. Very unprofessional.

Called his office looking for an attorney, within first few seconds of speaking to Mr. Malone he yelled at me and scolded me for not answering his questions quick and short enough. Hung up on me two to three times and was completely unprofessional
