I enjoy this store so much. They usually have the best prices in town and the employees are so kind. I never regret coming to this store, it is always a pleasant experience.

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable. Devin, the store manager, did a great job answering my questions the last time I visited. They also had everything I was looking for and were well stocked, especially for the size of their store, which does seem smaller compared to other Gamestops.

They had some dope wrestling action figures , be a lot better if they had a lot more options for those type of figures to choose from place is pretty chill tho and overall pretty awesome

Purchased Madden 24 for my son December 20th of 2023. They were out of stock but ordered it at the sale price. Somewhere along the line the order got canceled (Gamestop Corp. was changing computer systems). We went through a few challenges with a credit not having been applied, plus the canceled ordered, then not getting the sale price, then the order not arriving until two weeks into January.

But through it all, Devin, the store manager (and not to forget Heaven and Layton!) helped out tremendously and profusely apologized for the challenges. But they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted at the sale price as soon as possible.

Though it was a bit delayed due to the computer changes from corporate I want to thank the staff for their aid and support with these challenges.

Five Star for the Cape Location staff's customer service, One Star to corporate trying to do a massive overhaul on their systems right at the holidays. ;)

I walked in with an arm load of PS4 games and walked out with a couple new games! Store was clean and staff was awesome.

Very professional and helpful. We came in for a new Xbox X and the manager was very helpful on our questions about controllers and batteries and compatibility questions.

Had a decent selection and there was a good sale going on. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff and store manager, Germaine, are awesome. I had a beautifully frustrating experience using Progressive credit at the store. The store manager was patient and kind with me and my family. I will definitely be back to shop here again. Thanks for all your help, Germaine!!!

It's a typical gamestop with one exception, the staff. I wish I knew the ladies name, but she's always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I don't say this often, but she provides the type of excellent customer service that you can build a business around. Highly recommended.

Great store with a huge variety of games for every platform. I reserved an item online then called to make sure it would be held for me, the young woman was very helpful and answered all of my questions and explained the return policy. Will definitely return to that store if i need anything else.

The amount of money I have dropped at this store on collectibles, quite frankly, borders on insanity. It's a pretty dope store that allows people to fill the void of they're lives with material items. Highly recommend.
