Classic comfort food and down home cooking. My coffee was served in a “Love” mug that you can actually purchase. I had warm, homemade peach cobbler with vanilla ice-cream. What a treat. My fiancé had the French Dip — so tender, we highly recommend. The atmosphere is casual, the wait staff is friendly and attentive, and the place was packed. There’s plenty to look at — license plates from around the US — quirky, fun decor. The food is great, pricing is fair, portions are large, and the place is clean. A very nice place to enjoy a meal.

The food, breakfast, was really good. It tasted fresh and was cooked as ordered. Our server was very nice, knew the menu well. It was a good breakfast at the lake in Warsaw.

Had pork tenderloin extremely large with vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravy and Texas toast Monday Special $10.50 plenty of food left over for another meal tenderloin covered dinner plate. Excellent friendly service along with amount of deliciously home cooked food!!!

Best prices, comes comes out fast and hot. Great service. Biscuits and gravy special and corned beef hash 2 eggs, potatoes, toast

Great place to take your family. My kids loved their food and the jalapeno burger was great too!

Hometown Cafe experience in downtown Warsaw. Cool atmosphere, locals hangout. Good service and good food. I had the fried chicken special, very good. I really like the crooks crispy breading that was used, good seasoning! Kids got breakfast, served all day. Kids menu available. Good stop for lunch on a hot day.

The girls work together to take great care of you. Great food. If you leave hungry, it's your fault.

Awesome atmosphere! Food was amazing. Service was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place. We're in from Des Moines, Iowa and every time we come through we're going to be finding a reason to stop here. The waitress was super super sweet and really really good at her job and holy cow. The food you get for your money is just amazing

I always have good service when I eat here, the food is good and the coffee hot. The prices are still reasonable even with inflation. I think the portions are generous. I will continue to eat here whenever I visit Warsaw.

Was the best bacon cheeseburger I've had in years. Would definitely recommend trying them out if your ever in Warsaw, Missouri

Very reasonable prices , very good Cat fish! However I did not care for the coleslaw.
And dissappointed you couldn't get Baked beans as a side dish.
But would still go back !

Hometown Cafe feel with good food and friendly service. Amazing ham steak breakfast!! Enjoyed the biscuits and gravy very much too!

VERY friendly local place I stopped at while riding my motorcycle through the area. Got B&G that was AWESOME, and my waitress was very friendly and quick. Never went without a drink. Will definitely be back!

This place has to be experienced. I just can't explain it. I had breakfast for lunch. Steak, eggs, and homefries. The best home fries I have had in a long time. The waitress was efficient and friendly. She could have been straight out of an episode of Ozark!...and I mean that as a compliment. Just go there!

The food was good but be prepared to wait a little bit. The server was sweet and busy.

What a great atmosphere, and friendly service. Really wish they would have had the Philly omelette in stock, but the meat lovers was just as good! I'll definitely be back while I'm in town! Thank you for the delicious meal!

Had a bacon cheeseburger and fries for dinner. Drove it back to our site. Fries didn’t hold up to our 20 min drive but the burger was great! We went back for breakfast and ate it there. Very good food, great atmosphere and friendly servers. Will definitely go back next we are in town.

Great Mom and Pop style restaurant with all your favorite classics and yummy homestyle specials and to top it off they serve breakfast all day. Excellent service and great prices. Will be a regular stop when I'm in the area from now on!!

Located in Warsaw on a wonderful strip with lots to offer this little cafe is a treat and on top of the list of assets to the area.
To start the parking might be a bear if you plan on visiting this Cafe during busier times that the area has to offer. But on the regular plenty of off Street and side street parking with easy access to two different entrances of the cafe. Handicap accessible as are the bathrooms might be tight squeeze but they definitely accommodate.
The bathrooms, dining area, kitkitchen, everywhere one can see and expect clean, very well kept,dust free,smelled great , lots to look at. Very clean cafe in & out.
The staff is friendly full of smiles helpful information about the area and excellent knowledge of the menu, willing to suggest anything they might think you're looking for on or off the menu.
Has a table of 3 , my two guests with me had an excellent meal. Rusty Skillet serves breakfast all day long.
My groups order consisting of a lunch chicken sandwich meal, a breakfast omelette meal and my order of course, was the French toast, there was no food left on either plate.
As everywhere I go I usually order three... large... orders of French toast, my friend was paying so I scale down to only two , which was 12 half slices. I'm a connoisseur of French toast anywhere I go, I get serious about my French toast.
Let me tell you it's hard to get an order of french toast and smell it before it gets to the table, this plate not only smelled delicious 10 feet away..., and I'm not just saying this for the review.
By far the best order of french toast you will ever have. Impressed ...... Ok ..... Ever have those Pete Rose is in the hall of fame type of dreams, ya wake disappointed , wishing it come true.
French toast dreams are made of, ain't no kidding. Wish I'd stuck it to my buddy and had my usual third order.
Honestly, this cook , hands down, is an honorable mention for as long as my memory last & tell about it.
Teamed with our server, can't do better anywhere in the Warsaw area, this will be the place I choose from now on, period !
Y'all can choose for yourself, don't make a mistake and go else where, if you have to wait,well there's a reason, you won't regret it .
Our visit was about 3pm on a Thursday.
I am a local of the immediate area 23 years, 2 friends, husband & wife are from the Omaha Nebraska area and visit the area semi often.
