Intermission Cafe

Had a great dinner here with my family. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. My kids enjoyed their kids meals. I had the bacon chicken ranch (name?) sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was great! Only get up to Greenfield every once in awhile to see family, but will definitely try to stop in the next time we are there.

Wow. What an experience!!! This is a little hole in the wall place with GREAT food at an excellent price. I travel locally a lot for my job. Of all the area places I have been, this is by far the best!
When I travel I want a place with healthy options and hearty options. This place has just that! I ordered the grilled chicken with a side of sweet potato fries! And it came with a side salad and a dinner roll! The portion was great and the price was outrageously inexpensive! I paid 7.99 for the whole meal!
Also, the service was FAST and friendly!(: I was in no rush, but my meal was on my table within 8 minutes of ordering.
I have no complaints and will go out of my way to visit again!

We were on vacation visiting family in the Stockton Lake area and were told that we had to check out this unique cafe. I'm so glad we did! This cool spot is located on the bottom floor of the beautifully restored Greenville Opera House. The decor, building, staff, and delicious food were beyond amazing! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. If you happen to be in Greenfield, MO check this place out, you'll be glad you did!!

Outstanding food, service and we were treated to a personal tour of the entire venue by one of the elder partners. His passion for the buildings history, love of the arts and his overall area knowledge was inspiring. What a grand and unexpected treat that completed our first viist and experience. We'll be back!

The food was great and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Very impressed with the work done on the Opera House, in which this Cafe sits. Get a tour and check out the oldest original Opera house iin the state.

We just recently ate at Intermission Cafe and totally impressed good food and atmosphere waitress did excellent, been here few times before always had great meal and will continue going here. Price is very reasonable also.

I had the philly cheesesteak melt , and it was absolutely delicious. Staff is super friendly.prices are good and the atmosphere is even better come check it out and have a bite too

My daughter and son in law are co-owners . They have refurbished the old opera house .It's really nice,good food!

One of the owners gave us a tour, a very beautiful old building, lots of work went into restoring it.
