Did you know your Walmart + includes getting nails out of your tread and fixing your flat? Neither did I until the service guy told me. Got me right in and fixed me up. Thank you for the great job and saving me money!

01-17-24 I needed a battery this morning. Got me right in and out very quickly. Very friendly staff good price.

Quick, low price, did the job and fixed my car within an hour!

Got in right away for an oil change and inspection, everyone was polite and helpful. They found a fuel leak during inspection so after repair the reinspection was just as fast.

Service was impressively quick. I usually dread the wait, walking around Walmart while waiting on an oil change. This was MAYBE 15 minutes. 👍

This was my first oil change at the Ozark location and they were definitely impressive. Not a single employee I walked by didn't tell me to "have a great day" and ensure i was being helped. I'm sure they don't get paid what they should, but they definitely deserve some recognition.

I have been to this service center on numerous occasions and have always been treated professionally courteous and everything is done in a timely fashion I am totally satisfied. And their prices are generally better than anybody else's.

As a lady, I am always nervous about taking our vehicles anywhere to have them worked on. Not because I doubt myself and judgment, but because I have received some terrible treatment at auto repair shops in the past. I've always received consistent work and honest treatment at this Walmart Auto Center. (Knock on wood!)

We've had many oil changes on different vehicles and also tire repairs and replacements. There is generally not a long wait, but it is helpful to check the busy times as recorded by Google or call ahead and see how busy they are.

I Planned a trip to Dothan to see my family for the weekend, I meant to get tires before leaving to head to Alabama but couldn't make it there before they closed. I live in Mississippi now with my wife and needed some new tires before the five hour drive back. I showed up right at opening time around 7am and Nash was the first one I spoke with. He made sure I was getting the right tires for my needs and even wrote down each quote next to the different type and mileage tire they had all four of. Nash was thorough and extremely polite. He asked about my family, my trip, my wife, even my tattoos. This guy genuinely cares about his customers as individuals not just because it is his job to. Tonya the manager gave me an incredible deal on my tires. They were discontinued tires but that made no difference to me, I was getting a steal and on top of all of it great service. David changed my tires in less than thirty minutes I was ready to go. This service center is great. I was skeptical because after all it is Wal-Mart but I will definitely be waiting for my services until I am able to run home and see this group of people. Thank ya'll!

Went to get new tires on. They were done so quick, I didn't even sit down in the waiting area!! Great Work! Wonderful smooth great handling all season radial tires!!!!

We had a tire blowout on our way to Springfield. These guys got a new one installed super quick for us so we could get on our way. They were very friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with my oil change service! They vacuumed my floor boards when they were done, parked in the shade so my car wasn't too hot. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Jeremy Cartwright always takes great care of us and make sure that everything is done right! And if we do need tires he make sure that we get what we need at the best price! Thanks Jeremy, we'll be back for sure!!

I've been getting my oil changed here since I moved to the state and I have not had any problems yet. I'm very pleased I will continue to come here.
