We had the great pleasure of working with Lisa Klosowski last night at your Ozark store. She helped us to purchase products to design the interior of our master bedroom closet. Not only did she lead us to the correct products in a relatively short period of time. She also drew us a design of how it would look when it’s completed. I recently had knee surgery and so I was unable to load these products on a dolly and get them into our car. She got a gentleman to work with her to get everything up front for payment and out to our vehicle for my wife and I. We are both in our 70s, so what a help that was. Lisa is a gem and I couldn't say enough nice things about her customer service, her knowledge of the store/products and her willingness to get us up front, checked out and safely loaded in our car. She stayed with us all the way out to the car. And yes, we gave her a hug. What an employee! Lowes can be proud!

Nick in the Garden Center is awesome. Described the plant I was seeking (bougainvillea), and he explained why it wasn't in stock, and when it would come available. ..Thanks, Nick!

My Lowe's experience was amazing. This is where I purchased my washer and dryer. I love my washer and dryer except for the fact they have taken on the mind of their own. no matter what buttons I hit they do whatever they want all my clothes have now shrunk and they've all run together to an ugly pinkish color. I even tried to unplugging them and they still stayed on. As of recently they started to communicate with me through a series of beeps that I have deciphered. The message read "One day we will grow strong enough to rinse and dry you" needless to say I am horrified but man you can't beat the convenience of a washer and dryer, before I was washing my hand, now I throw my clothes in and I run out of the room as fast as I can before I too get sucked in.

Excellent Management and very organized store. Staff is always willing to help when they aren't doing anything else. I love being ask to take surveys every time I go in so they can act like they might read them. I appreciate having many unrelated products in front of the plumbing and heating, this helps me know what products are available. Other departments have this also, but I would like to see more. I appreciate the many years of consistency in this store.

Went in to get a product for my hardwood floors and cabinets, found it. Then went back to outdoor dept. and found a few awesome plants that I had been looking for at a great price. Several were marked down, even better. 90% of the time Lowes will have what you need at a good price.

Lowes is great. I looked up what I needed on the web. I read the reviews (which you can’t do at Menards), I drove there, and bought what I needed.

I enjoy going to Lowe's in Ozark. This location has a great garden section and the staff is very friendly. They also have a great selection of building and home improvement products to help me with my home projects.

Such a helpful staff knowledgeable, friendly and always there to solve any dilemma you may have. The garden center has anything you need for beautifying you yard .

I went to the garden center today to pick up some flowers and vegetables for my gardens. I met Hannah, who is quite clearly doing an amazing job at keeping the plants happy and healthy! She helped me with getting the right tomatoes and made my shopping experience a good one.

If you're ever going to shop or buy cabinets from Lowe's this is the store to do that in. We've had an almost year long event going on with our kitchen cabinets from Shenandoah. I've read where other Lowe's never helped their customers with the issues with this company, but not this Lowe's!! From the first batch to the last batch they've made it right. Rick our salesman, Jason, Marcia Lowe's manager, the regional manager, might be Jason?, Have all been there thru this whole process. We can't say enough good about the leaders in this store. Can't thank them enough for following thru with the cabinets!! We've had 3 different installers, the last one was amazing, he's done a great job and is getting this done!! We can finally unpack our kitchen after a year!! Woohoo thank you Ozark Lowe's for being amazing!!

So my advice on kitchen cabinets after going thru this, buy the stock cabinets from Lowe's that are all wood, and have a professional paint them for you!! You'll be glad you did!! Read the reviews on Google for Shenandoah cabinets.

I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to Cory And Mason at the Lowe's in Ozark. They seen me struggling to tie down a load of lumber and rush right over to help me. They were incredibly thoughtful and kind thank you so much. That makes my heart happy that you have such amazing employees😊

I buy stuff here. Lots of plants, boards to make stuff, and tools I barely know how to use. Yeah, and stuff to fix toilets and sinks. You can learn lots of stuff there, get ideas, buy books that will tell you how to do things around the house that save money and are cool. Nice staff. Better than Home Depot by a mile.

Decided to be a bit crazy and do a total remodel of my kitchen. Paint, trim, stain, flooring, cabinets, ceiling fan, and they've been great through all the purchases!

Needed new cabinet hinges and found the ones we liked and the quantity needed here at Lowes. Ozark store is very clean, sales staff asked if they could help in any way.

Richard in appliances was the only person in the Springfield area that talked to me and took the time to answer my questions on the latest sales with Frigidaire and Samsung. I really appreciate him!

I always appreciate a store that allows well behaved dogs. This is a great Lowes, and has products in store with a lot of help throughout the store.
