I have used this auto shop for years. I brought my vehicle in after another company was trying to get me to change the alternator which had been replaced by eaglecrest a couple months earlier. The other company was saying that my dashboard had a warning on it but I had checked everything before dropping it off and there was no warning on the dashboard. When they told me something was wrong with it I took it back to Eaglecrest and sure enough everything was fine on it. They were able to fix my main issue with reasonable pricing which the other company didn’t even want to touch. And also were able to ensure that the alternator was working properly. If I wouldn’t have brought it back to them the other company would have hosed me for an additional $800 that was unnecessary. This company has always done me right and after my experience elsewhere with another auto repair shop I will not be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Honest, dependable, and friendly. They've gotten me worked in twice for large repairs and finished earlier than projected. The price is completely fair and they won't try to get you to fix problems that aren't absolutely necessary to make your car run. I know I can trust what they're saying and trust the work they've done. Really, truly, the best shop I've ever used.

This is one of the most honest places I've been to! I highly recommend them. They have never over charged me or have done unnecessary work. In fact I went in thinking I needed new brakes one time and had myself convinced of it and Coop told me my brakes were like new. They keep my vehicle running great and I wouldn't go any other place!

So I was having some issues with my truck and I’m not to bad at tinkering so I gave it a whirl and I ended up changing my EGR valve , TPS sensor and mass air flow sensor , cam shaft positioning sensor, changed my injectors not once but twice and my ignition coils not once but twice and I was just at a a dead end … where I work we take our vehicles to Eaglecrest and now I know why I dropped my vehicle off and 3 hrs later I was back on the road !!!! Leave repairs to the professionals save some money and take it to eaglecrest!!! I was without my truck for 2 months driving my suburban and now ol silver bullet is back on the road !!! Great work from honest hard working people mean everything from now on I know where I’m going

We use Eaglecrest Automotive for all of our auto repairs and maintenance. The staff, especially Laurie, and all of the guys in the back are great. They are professional in every way, respond quickly with any questions and we feel are reasonably priced. A honest and trustworthy organization!

The owner and his daughter really know their stuff. They gave me a reasonable quote and didn’t go any higher on it when I brought my SUV back to get the work done. They gave me a ride home in the morning and picked me up when my SUV was ready in the afternoon (they needed my SUV for the whole day). I will return to this shop again when I need more work on my old SUV(2006 Ford Escape). They seem to be straightforward people. I had a good experience at Eaglecrest Automotive!

If there was 10 stars to give them I would. Very friendly staff and clean waiting area. Took my Ford Taurus in to get inspected, dropped it off and was called in 30 minutes ready to go without any problems! They will have my business from now on. Thanks guys!

Best price per labor hour in Nixa. Superb service, everything was done perfectly. I don't have to worry about being sold services I don't need either. I trust these mechanics. I've brought in two different vehicles this year, and they did a great job.

This is one of my favorite shops in Nixa. The staff is friendly knowledgeable, and they they get along with one another is very family like. They make you feel like you are their first priority and they always do great work. The staff is really friendly, the shop area is clean and organized nothing left just laying around at all anywhere. They will take on some custom jobs suspension, wheels & tires lighting, aftermarket air-conditioning, and they are very well versed in cars and automotive technology and are willing to help you out anyway they can, that includes shuttling to and from the shop while your car is being worked on. This really is a great place to get almost anything done you could imagine.

First time trying out this shop. Great experience. Fare price. Had an issue with some parts that were faulty and had to go back but they made it right. Cooper took care of the situation and even went with me for a test ride to make sure the issue was solid. Highly recommend

Without question the best automotive repair shop I have ever used! The folks were friendly and the work on my vehicle was completed on time and my Toyota Sequoia runs like new again. Best shop in Nixa! - Edit, Best shop all around with the upmost honest service we have ever encountered. We don't ever feel bad about walking into Coop's shop because they are always so welcoming and some of the best listener's in determining an assessment before test driving and checking the vehicle out fully with due diligence so they feel good about sending you back out on the road safely. We have used Eaglecrest for 15 years or more and will continue to do so, except for the Benz of course ;-)

Working my FT job along with owning and renovating my venue, The Clever Barn, I kept trying to find time for getting my oil changed. I called this morning and all within an hour they picked up my blazer, did the oil change, and had it back to me here at work 😁 PERFECT! Thank you SO much!!

Eaglecrest is fast and efficient and friendly! They are the best! I had a friend that was a master mechanic, and he moved to Florida! I had to find someone that was fair and reliable and Eaglecrest is all that and more!
