As I was hustling to find a College gradation gift for my son, I recalled him mentioning his want for a higher quality watch. So I prepared to drive to Columbia (I live in Boonville), as I’m accustomed to doing with my larger purchases. Before making the drive, I googled watch stores in Boonville and found Gordon Jewelers. “Audrey” answered the phone and provided insight into their watch selection; genuine customer service over the phone. (This type of great service is becoming too rare in todays retail)

I arrived an hour later and had outstanding service from Mark, Audrey and two other ladies (didn’t get their names). Yes, I would expect Customer Service to show/explain the product; however I’m extremely excited that I found the watch I need, at a price I like AND got it engraved, AND gift wrapped!!! All within about an Hour!

As I was waiting on the engraving, I was shown some (engraved) cross-necklaces that will be awesome Christmas gifts for my daughters. Hey Folks, they have Christmas sales, Check Them Out!

I love everyone who works there. They make you smile when u first walk in.

My wedding ring would not come off my finger. It was getting to be a safety issue when I had surgery. The doctor told me it had to come off. We tried everything, but finally left it on for the surgery. Today I went to Gordon Jewelers. They had the correct tool to cut my ring off. They will resize it for me and re-tip the prongs so my diamond doesn't fall out. What a relief!

They went out of their way to make my birthday gift perfect! Thank you. She loved it!!

So very happy with the work done on my wedding rings and a vintage ring! The channel set for the diamonds in my wedding rings had been worked on 2x by a previous jeweler (out of state) and were unwearable. I had about given up hope of ever being able to wear the set again and on a lark read some reviews and decided to try Gordon's. Thrilled! The work was flawless, the price extraordinarily reasonable, and I am so happy to be able to wear my rings again! Roz really took a lot of time trying to figure out ways to get the rings restored. The vintage ring was resized a lot and they still maintained the integrity of the filigree. Very happy!

Gordon's Jewelers is a wonderful place to find gifts! The staff and owners are extremely patient, helpful and pleasant to work with. I've found perfect gifts for my family, one of which will be a family heirloom. If you haven't been there you definitely need to go.

Family owned jeweler with excellent selection, service and value. They helped me choose a beautiful set of diamond stud earrings for my wife as a surprise gift on our 15yr wedding anniversary. Gordon's made sure all my questions regarding size, grading and comparable options were answered and they worked to find exactly what I wanted within my budget. My ring is absolutely beautiful! I did have a few issues with the band, however Roz was happy to fix it and make us happy customers. I am absolutely in love with my ring and enjoyed working with Gordon Jewelers. I highly recommend using them!

Once we identified I was contacting the wrong place, I gave them a shot to earn my business and they did just that! Great jeweler! I completely trust them with any jewelry I have! The prices are competitive and everything is done in a very short amount of time. The staff is very knowledgeable of all the services and products and not at all pushy...just helpful. They stand behind everything they sell and are willing to work to keep you happy! I've had everything from repairs, appraisals, resizing, cleaning and more done here as well as purchases some of the new inventory they have at the store and I've always been happy! Wonderful hometown jeweler!

I took my Mom in to look for a couple gifts right before Mothers Day. Kayla was so helpful and showed us several ideas. While Mom was paying for her selections I entered her into the drawing for Moms. Later on I was happily surprised with a phone call that my Mom had won!! How cool!!
