One of the only places in S. Jersey my family comes to for tubing or canoeing. The staff works well together and keeps the vans rolling and filled with tubes so there is never really a wait to get to the launch area and on the river. Remember to tip your driver!!! Once you return to Palace,make sure you stop in for some fantastic fresh pizza and food. It's the perfect ending to a great day out on the river.

We went tubing down the river it was great. Well worth the $30. Lasted between 3-4 hours with a stop along the river for lunch. The water was a little low but manageable. Recommend bringing string or rope to tie your tubes together and recommend getting a cooler tube. Bring water shoes! Fun time

I’ve been going to “Pizza Palace” since I was a little girl and it’s probably one of my favorite places in the world. They’re friendly, helpful, and the creek is simply beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Not to mention, their pizza is delicious! I have often gone there on my birthday because it’s so special. I’ll definitely recommend them for life.

Stopped here while kayaking back to the Winding River Campground, the food was just what we needed, the drinks were phenomenal and our waitress was so kind and understanding that we were wet, cold and tired.

Plenty of space on their ramp to stop in, haven't ever used them as my kayak rental shop, but I always enjoy stopping before the last 1.5 hour leg of my trip.

It's a great place for canoeing, kayaking or tubing. We've been a number of times and always have fun. You can rent or bring your own and they take you to the launch site and you end up where you start from. Along the river trip there are places where you can stop and have picnic or have fun in the water. River is mostly in the shade so you're not baking in the sun.

We started our day tubing. There was a group of 8 of us. We went on a Thursday, and there were only a few other people on the water besides us. It was the perfect weather and a super awesome time! When we got done tubing, we ate pizza, fries, and wings, which were all delicious!! I highly recommend Palace Restaurant & Outfitters! We had the best day ever!!

This place is great for friends and families. We have a great time every time we go, and a few trees down in the water in some areas make it an interesting ride for kayaker. Happy paddling, please clean up after yourself

This place was awesome.. the river was an awesome experience. I had a burger with a beer, and it was amazing after a long swim. Great place to chill with yo pplz and family. Very laid back.

We had a blast tubing, it was a really nice experience. A few downed trees to get over and the water level low in a few spots because of all the hot weather but was fun.
Make sure you have water shoes...the rocks can be rough on the feet if you have to hop off your tube for any reason.

When we were finished the tubing trip we came back to the restaurant for some slices of pizza and beers.

A perfect way to end the day.

Absolutely spectacular! Wanted to escape the shore where we live for the busy start to the 4th of July weekend and took the drive south to this very fun country spot. The people that work there cannot be nicer. We took the tubes out today and we really enjoyed it so much. Lots of fun critters to see and the surroundings are peaceful and serene. Unfortunately we were pressed for time and couldn't eat at the restaurant but we will definitely make it back another time for that.

We didn't try the restaurant but tubing down the river was amazing, totally worth the cost of admission. 10/10 will totally go back, I can't believe this place has been 30 minutes away from my house and this is the first time I've been, can't wait to go back.

I didn’t eat any food, we went on the 8 mile kayak trip down the river and it was amazing. Wasn’t the first time there and sure as Sh!t not gonna be our last time. Love this place

I go tubing there and have taken a few of my family and friends. I, nor my families or friends, have ever left without the most amazing memories. The staff there are really welcoming and just cool to be around!

Great end of the season kayaking. Very relaxing. Not crowded.

Today was our first time here and let me tell you, it was AMAZING. None of us wanted to leave! We had such a great experience that I can't imagine a place better than this. Honestly. The scenery was top notch, and there were places to stop along the way. I'm a customer for life!

So me and my fiance took the kayaking experience, we had a blast, their were alot of trees down but we were able to pass through we did the 8 mile so it added excitement to the experience, food was great! We had gotten the white pizza since down south don't make them like the north do

We love this place customer service is great they’re quick to get you into the water when your ready. Make sure your you pack food they can provide coolers for tubing only but for kayaks bring a small lunch bags they sell alcohol . Make sure you bring some for extra fun

Took my grandsons tubing. Great time. Nice, peacful 3 hr "lazy river". Had lunch outside at the restaurant afterward. No complaints. Would definitely do this again

My daughter and girlfriend took me here for Fathers Day. Had an awesome time on the 4 me kayak trip. Staff was great. Afterwards, we went and had a few brews. Waitress very friendly and accommodating. Will kayak there again!

Reading Jed's review from 3 weeks ago I have to say he is wrong....I just got off the river, it's clean besides "one" piece of debris which we picked out of the river. The kayaks are not brand new but also not run down. They were brand new a year ago. They are so busy the kayaks do not look new ONE year later. The seats are padded and I have to say after doing the 8 mile trip the seat was very comfortable... the prices are are also great and with being a regular there I can say I didn't notice a change in prices since the new system this year from last year. Food is great, service is great, river is awesome. Had a great time today!
