This is the fourth car I've bought there in past 10 years. The same great sales and service team is still there. For me it's trust that they'll help me get the best deal to match my needs and finances.
For a smaller dealership, I have always found the vehicle I wanted and drove away thrilled.

It was an excellent experience. They stayed past closing to get the job done and made sure that we were completely satisfied. We were on the fence as we did not have to do anything at this time but they gave us a deal that we couldn’t pass up. As a new resident of New Jersey they will be working with us from here on out.

I went in after communicating with Katie. She showed me some cars online ahead of time. I went in today to see them, but had found another gem I wanted to look at. I have delt with many dealerships of various manufacturers over the past 40 years. Without exception, the Vann dealership experience has been the most pleasant and satisfying. Specifically, my interaction with Justin Clifford and Brittany Vujakovich was very positive. They continually exhibited professionalism and a high degree of integrity. While negotiations were very challenging, in the end I felt they exceeded my expectations. I gave the Vann team 5 stars and would definitely look to deal with them in the future.

Vann Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep is the best dealer in town, as far as I am concerned. I visited Vann's and immediately saw a vehicle that caught my attention. I went inside to find somebody to give me information on this vehicle. No sooner than a sales person came up to me and offered his assistance. Well one thing led to another and there I was sitting at his desk signing paper after paper while Joe explained what each paper represents and what I had to watch for. Joe was not only a professional sales person but also friendly and courteous in his manner. He took me to the vehicle I was about to purchase. I was totally amazed at his knowledge about the vehicle he was selling me. He showed me most of the special features in the vehicle. He just set me up with the basics and that I could come back at any time in the future and he would go over more of the features and that he would answer any questions I had. He also made a call to my insurance company and related all the information they needed about the vehicle I had acquired. And I was able to get all the necessary cards to have in order to drive my vehicle legally off the lot. Justin finished the job with some last minute paperwork. The employees at Vann Dodge worked as a team and got the job done in no time. I was also happy to know that my vehicle was 100% certified. This meant that my brakes, tires, batteries, etc. were all good to go. And the first oil change was free. I would highly recommend Vann Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I give them 5 stars, without hesitation.
