While the wife was browsing I found 2 demo massage chairs that made the shopping excursion worth the visit! As she shopped, I got a 30 minute massage. If you're looking for a massage chair, you can't go wrong.. def worth checking them out!

My wife loves the place! Great customer service and selections. They issue many coupons and later honor them if you forget to bring it.

Bed Bath & Beyond is always our go-to store for kitchen & bathroom products. I keep a pile of 20% off coupons in the door pocket of my car. As long as you have coupons then their prices aren’t bad. Today I was looking for the Folex Professional Carpet Spot Remover - and they had it in stock. I also browse the kitchen area for items that I think will be useful.

I'm giving this 5-star review specifically to Jason the cashier. He makes my trip to your store pleasant because he's so friendly. Such a rarity! If I'm having a bad day and he's my cashier, I leave the store smiling!! <3

I usually find what I need in- store but this time the item which was featured in an ad was sold out. They were very helpful and accommodating to place an order for me for that item. It was already on sale plus another 20% with store coupon plus delivered free to my house. They made it super easy and quick. Also I like the stores with the Harmon section, which has drug store array of beauty essentials, etc. Using coupons it makes it a one stop shop & I'm done.

Great store. It has so many different products and appliances. There's a lot of savings you can get also. Awesome place.

Who doesn't love Bed Bath and Beyond! Another store my partner likes though convincing him to buy something is like pealing a grape. One day the stores will post the Amazon price and my life will be easier. It is cute that he doesn't let me go to certain parts of the store. Just a fun browsing store. We do always forget our coupons. Don't forget yours. Save them. They don't expire just are worth 1/2 the value.

One of the most complete and best prices. Home store i have ever visit. One thing tho. Is not the store fault is the products manufacturer. I got a xmas gift ninja sharp mop vacuum machine. That never work. I went to return it and the store says the waranty of return goes tru a manufacturer. I try contact the sharp people. But i never get a reply to my emails. And when i try calling the. They never answer they phone. So i guess. Thats my lost. 😒😔

Like bed bath beyond in store and if cant see item there shop online. We need retail stores like this to shop in person. Like to use coupons i get. Like store floor plan and how sections make sense. I get turned off by stores not grouping things together in a logical fashion.

As a loyal customer of Bed, Bath& Beyond company I would like to share the experience during my shopping at the store #0788. I do not have a favorite one and every time I choose the store that is closer to my current location. This time it happened to be at Centerton Square. I came to return a very small and inexpensive thing that I ordered online during pandemia. The young worker at the customer service register refused to take it back because it was out of the return policy time frame. I tried to explain that I am 70 and have a bunch of ailments and without vaccination it would be very risky for me. I  clarified that to send it back by mail seemed unfair to the Company because the delivery was free for me and to send it back would be an abuse of the benefits. However the worker was adamant.Meanwhile the manager of the store (later I found out her name: Urmin) was walking nearby. She heard our conversation and said approaching the counter:”Please help this gentleman as a courtesy of our store”. It was so unexpected, so nice,so in the style of Bed, Bath & Beyond where I shop for more than a quarter of the century that I was touched, touched till the very bottom of my heart. And immediately I decided that I have to share this episode with you. I purposely do not mention the name of the worker who refused to make an exception because I am not mad at her. She was just doing her job. However the way we do it does make a difference. From now on I will choose the store I am going to and this store is only the one #0788 at Centerton Square. I kindly ask you to recognize Urmin and let her know that her little kindness, her attention to the customer,her unindifference  is exceptional and deserves many thanks and good wishes to her. I am nobody but a customer to her.It means that she has the same thoughtfulness for each and every store visitor. Not many of us are ready to write but all are grateful for sure.Thank you, Urmin, for your kindness.Thank you Bed, Bath & Beyond for having such managers on your staff.

I bought a Ninja blender 4 years ago and today it died on me. I packed up and took it for an exchange with my receipt. Upon arriving, I was told the policy changed 2 months ago and they only accepts returns within a year. After talking with two different cashiers, the manager Tim approved the return and a store credit was issued. I went home happy with my new blender, I want to thank Tim and the staff for going above and helping me resolving this matter.

I gave 5 stars for my shopping and checkout experiences at the location located in Mount Laurel. However, the store seemed a little "sleepy." Overall, I generally like BB&B but this location didn't have "it"-that spritely feeling one can get when one enters a happy place. I think this location is not going to be open for long based on some of the empty, unstocked shelves.

We received excellent help from Pam who helped us to find an item from the gift registry that wasn't on the floor and which she found back in the stock room. She also improvised protective packaging for this large bulky item for it's trip in our car. Thank you so much!

Always find great bargains!! House warming gifts, birthday, bridal registry... I spent $87 but saved $125!!!! Also found free gift wrap station. They give you the box, wrapping paper and bow!! It's a do it yourself...but a great idea!!!

Mackenzie was helpful and teamed with Connie was wonderful she showed us the way to our items we were looking for and Bella who checked us out very polite and great atmosphere to shop

Picked up a bread maker and I was able to use a 20% coupon,it's not really my type of store but they had what I was looking for in stock

Had exactly what I needed and more.
Salesperson was so sweet I walked out of there with diabetes 😉.
Bought more than I had intended but that was my fault for being so impulsive.
I would revisit THAT particular location due to the helpful staff.
