Anthony is an excellent trainer. I did personal training sessions with him for a few months, unfortunately I moved away but I very much miss the attention and results I got from our one on one sessions. I highly recommend working with Anthony if you are interested in personal training, not only did I get results but I also gained a lot of knowledge in our work together. I also found the training cost to be reasonable. A++++

It's a great Gym to go to everybody in there is like family specially Anthony I know him and his father a long time and if you need help he's right there for you

You will not find a more infectiously positive environment on the Philly gym circuit. The trainers are absolutely amazing. The equipment is kept pristine. The clientele is friendly and motivating. They offer classes for all levels of fitness ...and a kids boot camp, too! If you're a member of any other gym, you are absolutely wasting your money.

Great place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Classes are amazing. Equipment is always cleaned after each use. I'm so happy I chose this gym I feel healthier and stronger already!

Love this was place! Great trainers, awesome equipment, and they offer massages. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a gym in the area! And when your sore from working out see honey for a massage!

Great gym this is a real gym very motivating environment. This is not a gym that gives out pizza. This is a place you go when you a serious and want to improve yourself.

Overall, this is a good gym. It is very clean and has good equipment with friendly staff. However, it is hard to find parking.
