Ocean Garden Chinese Restaurant

I ate here for the first time and the food was good I had the general’s Tso’s fish I had never heard of it so I wanted to try it. It was very good I will order it again in I had their hot and sour soup it was good also.
I have been coming back to eat here their food is very good this time we eat in and they were very nice quick with the food. They serve a very nice portion. Wow you can make two meals out of 1. We live in Woodstown and we travel over here to get Chinese food it’s worth the travel.

Great good and friendly service! This is the only place I go to for Chinese after trying several others around Vineland.

Never have I ever received a bad meal from Ocean Garden. They are always efficient and reasonable with great flavors no matter what your in the mood for. Also it is the only Chinese restaurant that gives your a delicious full size egg roll And not a spring roll like the competition. Definitely my go to.

New to the area and hand's down the best Chinese food, I've tasted. Everything is fresh, no headaches and I didn't get sick (which I usually have with other Chinese restaurant food). I've tried several items and all have left me pleasantly surprised. I'm a definite regular customer now. I don't usually leave comments but I felt compelled to because the food is just that good. Trust! (Shrimp rolls are awesome best I've ever had)

I am upset there is not enough room for more stars :) I had got the Tso’s Tofu and it was delicious. My husband absolutely loved the boneless spareribs. We will definitely make another 40 minute trip to experience this sensational food again.

Just adding some context for a recent one star review from a dissatisfied customer. This was during the quarantine, when our store was the only Chinese restaurant open for miles. Maybe even the only one open in Cumberland County. Ocean Garden has been swamped with orders, and yes the phones were busy, because we were serving everyone in our area! The restaurant stayed open despite having only 3 cooks on staff and the owner, so all food was taking longer than we thought. An hour delivery can easily turn into 1.5-2 hours if our order volume increases. None of us are psychic, we cannot know that complications will arise, so getting to orders will take time. As the orders finish they go out hot, and our delivery drivers would have to take 3,4 sometimes 5 orders at a time. We are trying to serve everyone as quickly and competently as possible, but considering a global pandemic, a shutdown of the supplier (my boss has to drive 2 hours to Philly and back sometimes four times a week to resupply) and a huge amount of new orders from customers well outside our normal range, things will take some time until everything is back to normal. Ocean Garden wants to thank our customers for being understanding, but this is a crazy time for everyone, especially restaurants. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we urge customers to empethize with our situation. Please take any negative experience during the quarantine with a grain of salt, once things are back to normal wait times will return to normal, but until then remember that restaurant workers are people too, and there is no excuse for rudeness and confrontational behavior.

🥡🥠😍Best I've found in this area so far! Finally someone with good fried dumplings!! 🥟🥟Not too doughy & sauce was perfect! Carrots in my chicken and broccoli was odd but everything else from 🍤🥡shrimp fried rice and boneless bbq ribs even to their delicious egg rolls made up for it.

Since there haven't been any recent reviews. I'm here because I can still say that is Chinese food is really good and cheap. I got a General Tso's combination platter with fried cheese wontons and it was really good! The food tasted fresh and both things were only $12. I like this place and will continue to buy food from this place. Keep up the good work!

I've been a regular customer for many years now. I believe it to be the absolute best Chinese you can get anywhere in Cumberland County. It doesn't hurt that their customer service is exemplary also. I Recommend it to EVERYONE. Keep up the great work Ocean Garden.

I am very weary of Chinese food- I only like white meat (mostly) chicken and only crave it sporadically. Well we tried this place and I was impressed! The burbon chicken was great! And the lo mein as well. Awesome place

The food was great and served to us, the workers where very helpful and friendly, they gave us free wonton for the kids and lots of fortune cookies.

I used to get my Chinese food from Sina Wok, but they became overpriced. So I now get my Chinese food from here. I love it, and it’s amazing! Fast delivery, and the inside is beautiful.

My favorite place for tasty chinese food. Went there on a Saturday. Service is typically good. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

I've been going here for over 15 years. I used to live close by, now I'm a half an hour away. But I still come here whenever I can. It's the best Chinese place in the area.

My go to Chinese spot. Foods always good. Prices are getting a bit high , but that's everywhere now a days.

Ocean Garden rocks it just does they were closed one day last week unexpectedly It was tragic around this side of town we all had to go to another Chinese restaurant and I saw other people that I see it Ocean Garden and we were like what happened and I was like I don’t know but we didn’t want to be there because we love Ocean Garden
