I was absolutely amazed with the quality of care that our salesman, Mr. Alex, provided us. He was a wonderful personality, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel confident with every decision. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went as quickly, and as smoothly, as possible for us. Even if someone lived an hour away- I would tell them to go to this specific Matteess Firm to buy their next mattress. (And I’d tell them to ask for Alex!)

Alexander Crown was so helpful and patient with us while we choose our new mattress. The prices were very fair and there was no pressure to buy. We originally planned on shopping around but after this experience we decided to go ahead and purchase for this store. We highly reccomend it.

Myself and my partner Bruce Visited Mattress firm in Wenonah over this past weekend and was met by An Associate named Patrick, a very likeable man whose Knowledge of the importance of choosing the best mattress for each individual is exceptional, his patience and kindness put us at ease, allowing us to take the time needed and not feel rushed. Also thank you to Mike, another associate who also was there and offered to help in any way.Thank you so much Patrick and Mike, the trip was a success and are both very happy with our purchase.

While the mattress I was interested in from reviews online was not available on the floor, the salesperson at the store showed me a comparable mattress and reviewed that composition and qualities to the different mattress. After lying on the mattress available and considering the details the salesperson provided, I decided to make the purchase . I was pleased to find the mattress had a good discounted/sales price and the salesperson worked with me to get me the free adjustable base. The delivery/set-up fee was a bit high, but considering the sales price of the mattress I really can't complain.

Caleb was VERY helpful while we were in the store! Had such a great attitude and helped my boyfriend and I in ways we didn’t even know we needed help with. He asked us questions we never would’ve thought about when it comes to buying a mattress. Definitely would recommend going in and buying your next mattress from Caleb! :)

My wife and I went looking for a an affordable mattress. The sales associate Alex took the time to literally show us everything that was available to us. He answered any question asked and if he didn't have the answer he found someone who did. We were extremely pleased with the mattress we purchased. The price and quality amazing.

I had a great experience at this Mattress Firm. Pat helped me and my boyfriend find a mattress that we BOTH love, even though we had different opinions on our preferred mattress firmness. Pat genuinely cared about our sleeping needs and helped us stay within our budget. By doing so, we were even able to treat our self to so heavenly pillows. We were in the market for a new bed, and our first stop was at Mattress Firm. I was really happily surprised with the whole experience. We had our 4 year old son with us, who isn't exactly an angel, and Patrick was so kind to him and us! We tried out several mattresses with his suggestions, and we were able to find something that we absolutely love. Patrick was not pressuring us in anyway. He kinda stayed back and offered up info when we needed it, and helped us through the financing process too. Highly recommend this location, thank you Patrick!

Tracy was extremely helpful. Gave us a great price and had a ton of knowledge on the product, most people in sales nowadays don’t. She sped up the shipping process since my wife is currently pregnant to get her in her new bed! I would recommend anyone to go to this location and talk to Tracy, anything we need will be going back to her!

Colin was so helpful and patient. He went over all the options and was kind enough to price several
different mattresses for us so that my husband and I could make the best decision for us.

I had a pleasant visit at mattress firm and my sales person Patrick. Was very helpful explain all the different types of mattresses. And help me pick out the perfect when I need it and the sales price was excellent. Went in today on a Sunday afternoon and within an hour I was done. Thank you mattress firm.

If you live in the Gloucester county area and are looking for a new mattress look no further. Seriously. I was really dreading going mattress shopping because everything I read and everyone I talked to said it’s basically like going car shopping, where the salesmen pressure you and just make you feel so uncomfortable and awkward. That was totally NOT the case. Pat was SO awesome, and without a single hint of pressure. He meandered around the store with us while we tried literally every bed, some of them 4 or 5 or 6 times lol. He was extremely honest about everything & helped us find the cheapest and comfiest bed for us. He even invited us to bring our dog in with us!!! I honestly don’t think any other customer service could go beyond that. 10/10 would recommend. And if none of that sold you, he had a Louise mug from Bob’s Burgers that he was drinking from at both of our visits. What more could you ask for?!

Went in to buy a new mattress expecting to be pressured into buying something that I couldn't afford or not get answers to my questions... but.. Patrick McDevitt, the sales associate made the whole process painless and more importantly, fun! Got a great new mattress with an adjustable base for less than I was approved for. It's exactly what my wife and I needed. If you ever need a new mattress, go to the Mattress Firm on Mantua Pike in Wenonah, NJ and ask for Pat. He'll hook it up! Best mattress buying experience ever!

Had a good experience at this location. Was shopping for a new mattress set Got a adjustable bed and mattress. The customer service was excellent. Caleb was good with explaining the different products and showed us what we needed and what to get. Great place great service.

I entered the shop the first time and the place was very neat .
The attendant gave me a warmest reception ever in my life. I decided to go for a window shopping but i ended up bought a mattress. I'll recommend people there because of mr Alexander the shop keeper.

Collin was an absolute pleasure to work with and could not have more pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend Mattress Firm. It was a rather large investment, but with a 10 year guarantee how could we pass it up. We ate looking forward to many years of happy slumber!!

Thank you to sleep expert - John Anderson at the mattress firm location in Wenonah NJ. Very knowledgeable about inventory and pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. I was very happy that your July 4 th sale was still going on, I was able to get more for my money, like the wonderful sub-0 soft cell chill reversible// cooling gel and memory foam hybrid pillow. I have herniated discs in my neck. I had a great nights rest
using the pillow. Looking forward to sleeping on my mattress when it gets delivered.

Our salesman (Alexander Crown) was so nice and helpful. He genuinely cared about our needs and answered every question we asked. He also has plenty of funny stories!
