In addition to our annual water treatment appointment, I decided to have EnviroSafe check our oil heater. Jacob Thompson arrived and was very affable and professional. He quickly began to survey our heater explaining everything he was looking at and for. He didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions the entire time. A rare find and a great learning experience for me. It was clear that previous technicians from other companies had failed to look at the heater thoroughly and perform close examinations. Jacob closely examined every functioning part and aspect of the heater. An extremely thorough analysis. He even verified an incorrect part had been installed. After making recommendations, he ordered the parts and returned three days later and spent an entire day overhauling the heater and giving it new life. Additionally, he replaced the vent pipe and made changes to an old electrostatic air filtering system. When I had told him to make repairs and upgrades as if it was his system, he did just that. Upon completion, Jacob spent plenty of time vacuuming and cleaning up as if he were never there. Afterward, he showed me his work and I marveled. It was so clean I was taken aback. I told him he could have been a surgeon. Ha! As it was getting later, I thought he was done for the day. Jacob said, “OK, now for the water system.” I couldn’t believe that after all that he pleasantly moved on to another major task instead of returning another day. Coffee and dinner were politely refused as he chugged right along. When he was finished, he was as pleasant and friendly as when he arrived. Where do guys like him come from?, I wondered. I said, “I hope you know that you’re now my personal technician and I’ll be asking for you by name in the future, right?” I think he appreciated that as he smiled hands and clothes all covered in soot and heating oil. The only downside to my experience with Jacob Thompson was realizing that he wasn’t my next door neighbor. Thanks EnviroSafe! Thanks Jacob! See you next time.

Highly recommend Kevin . We had a few issues with our TPR valve and water pipe with our water heater and he was able to fix it in no time! Will definitely be using his services in the future. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do in detail and also educated us on what to look for in the future! Amazing service and very affordable! If I could give more stars I would! Envirosafe has been the best experience I’ve had from a company in the past couple of years.
From the estimate to installation, the team has been honest, and hard working. William and Jeff installed my new water softener and did a great job working around my kids who were running around the house the whole time. They were professional and very kind. I Will definitely be reaching out to them for maintenance and more house projects in the future.

Jeff and Will arrived on time, having called ahead to give a 20 minutes “heads up”. They went right to the task, putting in conditioner salt and testing the system. They were efficient and professional. Jeff also discussed with us the options on drilling a new well. We paid the treatment bill and set up how a salt delivery could be arranged in the future. It was a simple job done well.

I can say Nathan has been here a few times and he seems to have a lot of patience and is very personable. Actually they all try to help me understand what n why. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. #ROCKSTARS🤩

We had a new water softener system installed and the staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Technicians were neat and clean and did a great install job. Told us everything we needed to know to maintain our system.

Upgraded our 30 plus year system with EnviroSafe. Worked with me on the installation space as well as keeping within our budget. System was installed on time and the area was as though they were never there. Their tech Sam took his time explaining the operation of the system as well as performing the water tests when done. Very satisfied and recommend their service.

Chris came here like he was already apart of the family. Talked to me like a normal person and not a paying customer. The process was so quick and I understood everything (that's saying a lot lol). Fred not only came to service our water softener but he was a teacher and helper. He did his job and then he answered our questions, he provided real information that we could easily understand and relevant to the 20+ year old system we have. He was not pushy or trying to sell us anything, he presented us with information about our current system and ways that we could maintain it and also options for improvements if we should decide to do that. As homeowner s, we don't always understand what's important in the maintenance of our homes but it was very helpful to be taught how to best maintain the integrity of the water softener we have. I would highly recommend Envirosafe as a result of the excellent experience that we had, especially that of their technician, Fred.

Environmental Safe-is the best co ever I had a few companies come out for my issue no ne could do the job is at in my home for 1 week with out water or heat 2 weeks With out heat they came threw and got the job done and completed by Christmas I’m so pleased & happy with this company I have been in my hse going on 28 years there the best company ever Tom& Jake were the best I’m warm heat & water up and running I would recommend them over any company I ever used shout out to Nick best company & workers ever 😊👍🏾

Kevin worked on our water system today and installed a water softener. He reccomended the install, gave us a quote, and immediately got the parts to install same day! He was super friendly and professional. He left no mess behind and even remembered visiting us a few years ago! We are always pleased with the Envirosafe team when they service our water system!

We had an issue with a leak from our toilet. We called envirosafe and they booked us an appointment within the week. Kevin Kasper our service expert was great! He called prior to arriving, worked quickly, and was able to explain the issue! Would highy reccomend envirosafe!

Jacob was friendly and polite. He explained and showed me everything that had to be done to repair our heater. He stayed late and made sure we had heat and everything worked properly. Highly recommend.

I contacted EnviroSafe about my dead furnace. They came out the same day and verified what I already knew. I needed a new system. Nate was the initial technician who explained that a new heat exchange was not a sound investment for a 20 yr old furnace. I agreed and within and hour Chris (sales) was out and explained all my options. He was very thorough and gave me several options as well as explained the rebates available if I slected a furnace exceeding 90% efficiency. He also explained that by selecting a high efficiency unit the rebates would make it the same price. I also decided to replace the hot water heater and was offered a 50 gallon for the price of a 40 gallon while increasing the rebate total. The next day first thing in the a.m. my new furnace was installed. Nick and Devin were outstanding. They removed and hauled away the old unit and explained they would come back and install a/c unit a few days later. A few days later they came and installed the hot water heater and because it was snowing made arrangements to come back for the condenser part. Today everything is complete and in the spring they will come back to verify everything is ok with the a/c. A shout out to the whole staff and crew at EnviroSafe. Very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. BTW, I had contacted another company first. EnviroSafe was actually a second opinion but they provided a 96% efficient furnace/ac unit with hot water heater for the price the other company wanted for an 80% efficient furnace/ac without hot water heater.
