Salty Mermaid Bar & Grille

Beautiful restaurant with superb fast service, excellent food for a reasonable price. It was probably one of the best orange crushes I have ever had. Juice was so fresh and delicious. Joe, the bartender, was very kind and took very good care of us. We will definitely be back. BELT sandwich was delicious. Tater tots were crisp and tasty. I would like to try dinner menu, looked delicious.

This place is excellent!! We went for breakfast and everything was delicious. I got the avocado toast. Taste was fantastic and presentation was beautiful. My son got the totchos (try you will love them) my husband got the waffles and chicken (amazing). Will be back! PS… dinner here is also fantastic!!

This place is super duper effing awesome. The atmosphere is fun, nautical, chaos! The staff is friendly, I wish I remembered our waitresses name! She was so nice and just awesome. The food was freaking fantastic! The pulled pork sandwich was the greatest thing I ever ate in my life ever. Best thing between two breads. It was bigger than my head and insanely delicious. Like, they made it with magic or something.

Absolutely fantastic experience, so many great choices on the menu; delicious food, attentive service, warm and welcoming hospitality. Had the Crab & Corn Chowder, Grilled Watermelon Salad, Seafood Risotto. The Mischievous Mermaid Cocktail and Pineapple Habanero Margarita were refreshing and delicious.

We visit Wildwood every year and this year was our first time eating at the Salty Mermaid. Everything was amazing I can confidently say they have the best lobster mac and cheese out of all the places I've tried so far, the portions on the charcuterie platter were huge and the pulled pork was also amazing. Looking forward to eating here again next year! The shark drinks are also so much fun even as an adult lol

Everything was excellent! Arrived with no reservation just after lunch time and the three of were seated right away. Drinks and food were brought out within a timely manner and never felt rushed one bit. Appetizers were delicious and portion sizes was just right. Entrees were also delicious and the portion sizes were above and beyond. Restaurant was very clean in and out side. We sat outside on the deck, nice breeze coming thru. There is also another seating area to eat next to the outdoor deck. During the evenings driving passed, there is always a good crowd. Pricing is definitely fair for what you get! I highly recommend eat at the Salty Mermaid Bar & Grille !

We loved it here! Everything was so good!! We sat outside and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. The food was reasonably priced, tasted fresh and arrived in a timely manner. A must try are the Mimosa Flights... Made with Fresh fruit and what seemed like freshly squeezed juice. - amazing! The chicken and waffles were the table favorite. My Eggs Benedict (i dont care for poached so my eggs were fried) with fresh lump crab cakes were also a delicious delight. Don't question this place, just go and enjoy!!

Food was amazing. Bartender was amazing. Menu was even more amazing! Super impressed! Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend the Salty Mermaid - I came here with my family for breakfast and it was amazing! There were a lot of options on the menu and everything we ordered was delicious. We also loved the ambiance on the patio, great service and the decorations and bar were beautiful! Would love to come back for dinner too next time we’re in the area.

Had a wonderful experience at the Salty Mermaid! It has a beachy, cool, relaxing atmosphere...not to mention the place is clean. The staff is friendly. Our server's suggestions were on point and I was amazed with how quickly food was expedited on a busy night. The food was excellent! Try the bacon jam wings...sounds weird but they were best wings I've ever had! Their brussel sprouts were a great sub for the fries. If you're looking for quality food at the beach then you MUST try the Salty Mermaid. My family and I travel to Wildwood every summer and now I have a new spot that I will be visiting every time I go. I wish I would've found this place sooner. You won't be sorry!

Food was delicious, server was friendly. Wait was ~45 min but definitely worth it. The only downside was our waitress wasn’t familiar with the drink menu (not sure she was of age) and didn’t know whether the margarita was made with a sour mix. We asked for no sour mix if that’s how they made their margaritas, and instead they came out without lime juice and were extremely strong. We asked for some lime juice and they were good after that. Not knocking a star off for that :) will 100% go back

Was looking for someplace to have dinner outside solo and happened upon the Salty Mermaid—SO glad that I did! Their outdoor dining space is amazing. The decor is lovely and service was exceptional. And the food was GREAT! They also have a stellar beer selection. I enjoyed myself so much I came back the next day for lunch (with my brother, who was also very impressed). As someone who hates repeating restaurants for fear of missing out on something new, this says a lot, ha. Love this place and excited to see it thrive. Definitely recommend it!

I LOVE this place! First time stepping foot in wildwood, heard so much about it and just had to go here. First off, was sold on the fact there's a mimosa flight, cause who doesn't want to get a good buzz at 830am? Secondly, their food backs it up. Delicious drinks to go with the food and there's SOOOOO MUCH of the menu I would devour. Wish I had more than one stomach to try everything lol it's so damn good! Been here twice in a matter of a few days and would love to go back already! The mini cinnamon bun waffles are incredible and a great little starter, the breakfast flatbread omg would live off of that if I could. Definitely recommend!!!

Big beautiful place, friendly and fast service, food was epic. Got the blackened Mahi and the seafood risotto both were fantastic. Chocolate bomb and oreo cheesecake for dessert were amazing. Not cheap but worth it!

Always a great breakfast stop as the food and service are always top notch! We always sit outside & in the early morning seating is easy, however around 10ish the outside seating begins to fill up (understandably). Today we ordered the avocado toast, eggs benni & the hangover burrito, all of which are so tasty!

Husband is celiac. Staff is very knowledgeable many many menu gluten free options including lobster roll, most sandwiches, and gluten free crab or lobster Mac and cheese. I had excellent scallops with purple mashed potatoes and broccolini (photo). Dedicated gluten free fryer. Atmosphere is open and friendly but you can carry on a conversation, and facilities are new and fresh. They are trying to do something unusual for the area. They even have a non alcoholic fancy cocktails menu. This is the kind of place where everything tastes good individually but then you try it all together and the sauce elevates the whole dish. Highly recommend you give them a try. ❤

The food was fantastic and very nice ambiance! Loved the drinks Mermaid Punch! French onion soup was the best I have ever had. Salad was very fresh as well. Pricing was $$$ and worth it. Our waiter was awesome! We would definitely return again next year!
