No pressure from the salespeople. Very helpful. Large selection of products made in the USA. Very competitive prices and a local company. We have purchased furniture several times over the years.

Antoinette is our sales person. Very accommodating. Very pleased with the selection of furniture. We are looking forward to having this beautiful furniture in our home. It was a professional experience.

We don't buy furniture very often. We never start at Doughty's, but always end up buying there. Someday we'll learn to stop wasting time!

We have been Doughtys customers for over 40 years. The furniture is beautiful and has held up to 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren. We just recently gave a 37 year old sectional to my daughter and she loves. There are a few thin spots and one cushion needs some extra padding but we certainly got more than our money's worth from that purchase! That is only one of several items we have bought and enjoyed for many years.

Our salesperson, Margareta, was wonderful! She took time with us to answer all of our questions. We're so happy about our purchase and can't wait to receive our beautiful furniture!

The salesperson was very helpful and directed me how to choose among the upholstery options for the chair that I was ordering. She was also attentive and friendly.

I went to Doughty’s to see and lay on a specific mattress. Antoinette started by showing me the mattress I had asked for but then presented me with two additional options that she felt would better address my issues. She was right! Both options were more supportive and more comfortable than the mattress I was originally looking for and BOTH OF HER SUGGESTIONS WERE SIGNIFICANTLY LESS EXPENSIVE! I don’t usually enjoy shopping for furniture as I feel that salespeople hound you and never let you just look around. Antoinette has perfected her approach to provide guidance and assistance in the shopping experience while still giving me the freedom to wander on my own without any pressure. I highly recommend Doughty’s when you are looking for a new mattress and do yourself a favor and ask for Antoinette. You won’t regret it.

We purchased an overnight sofa bed. Thank you Antoinette for great service. All of the staff were very professional and very nice, the delivery guys too. If you want nice furniture go to Doughty’s.

I was looking for, and purchased, bedroom furniture for a new home recently and Arch provided amazing customer service. He listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions based on what I wanted, was willing to calculate any and all pricing options for me and even double checked various shipping dates on his own. I felt like he truly wanted to help me, which was the polar opposite of how I was treated at a R&F earlier that day. I would recommend visiting Doughty’s (and especially Arch) to anyone.
