I’ve been patronizing Peter’s Barber Shop for over 15 years. I would trust any of the Barbers here for a cut, style and sparkling conversation. But I’ll wait for John, who keeps me looking handsome.

This establishment is what I would consider a “classic” barber shop. Vintage barber chairs and motif, Frank Sinatra and the sound of scissors snapping, the smell of Pinaud Clubman. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been looking for a barber for my young son and a few months ago we gave it a shot . From his first hair cut, he loved Kevin and I love the old school experience for him! All the Barbers are friendly and kind. Don’t be in a rush and go when you have time. They take their time and that’s why your hair cut will be perfect! Also, others know how great and special this place is so there will be a wait but you get what you wait for. So happy we found our forever Barber!

One of the best barbershops around. As a guy with curly hair its impossible to find barbers who can cut my hair well. Every time I go here I actually get a proper cut.

I've been by this place countless times. Today I stopped in. I am 💯 glad I did. Possibly one of the best cuts I've had, hands down! Honestly, nothing beats a straight razor shave, or a legit barber providing said service. Kevin, John, and Marty are all world class. I won't be going anywhere else for a cut from now on. This is it.

The guys are all top notch professionals, good old fashioned barbershop. Lots of jokes, lots of laughs and ALWAYS an awesome haircut.

Instead of fighting for appointments with barbershops booking two weeks in advance, try a barbershop that doesn't run by appointment! I was able to just walk in and be taken care of, (your results may vary by time of day.) Not only was it prompt, taking all the stress out of finding a barber, but the quality of work is top notch and was completed in the usual 30 minutes. The atmosphere is professional and the banter between the guys is entertaining, all adding up to a great experience. I think I found my new permanent barbershop! Thank you, Kevin.

Update: Have been using them for years and am deeply satisfied by Kevin's workmanship every single time. The only person i've ever met in my life that can get my hair just right with consistency. Always a good time.

I’m visiting from vegas. Born and raised in Philly. Here visiting family. Never was here before. Glad I found this place. Really nice little place. It’s that old time kind of shop. All the guys were very welcoming. Kevin was my barber. He did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure I was happy. For $22 bucks you can’t beat it. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again guys for a great cut.

Best barber shop I have ever been to.

Old school barbershop, the same 3 barbers, breaking each other's chops. Always a good time the guys give great cuts, strait razors, old school shaving cream machine, and old school cash register. You'll leave with a fresh cut and sore cheeks from the laughs. 100% would recommend.

Have been going here for a few years now, Marty, John and Kevin always have great conversations going. All 3 barbers give great hair cuts and take their time.

First time back in about 10 years. Should have been coming here more regularly… Most places rush through your haircut and get you out in 5 minutes. They actually care about the customer and take the time to make sure you’re satisfied.

All in all, great haircut, and great conversations. Highly recommend.

First time at the shop and all three barbers politely and professionally greeted me. They were laughing and having a great time while maintaining excellent haircuts. The place was packed with returning customers and happy faces. The best spot in the area for a great experience. Never again will i go anywhere else
