Avalon Campground

My husband and I stayed here many times and we keep going back. We love it there. Facilities are clean staff is especially friendly and very accommodating. We did our 10 year vow renewal here our guests were very pleased very close to everything, the wooden village next door has an ice cream shop and a coffee shop. It's really like walking thru a little town very quaint. There is something for everyone of all ages.

This campground is a very warm, welcoming, and family owned and maintained property. The campground is maintained,and upkeep and cleanliness are superb. Wonderful people here, and the best thing I ever did was buy a little piece of paradise and come to the beach every weekend, all summer long. I will sit hours in traffic without complaining because I know my beach destination will arrive.

beautiful place to camp especially if you are a beginner like me, the bathrooms and showers was extremely clean with hot water , a perfect spot to get away for the noise of the city.

I've been going here since I was a child. We used to go every year until my parents got older and started renting beach houses instead. Now with my own family I bought an RV and plan on going each year again.

Beautiful campground with plenty to do. The location is amazing. You are 15-30 minutes from Sea isle, wildwood beaches.

Overall amazing family campground! Well kept in the bathrooms and the grounds. Lots to do and easy access to area actives.

We went there for tent camping. We fell on a week where it got to 36++ celsius. So be advised if you travel to the region. The region gets HOT.
The full service sites are roomy.
The no services (L) are to avoid if you are more than 2 or with kids.
The sites are set on fine sand. Not the type we like. We end up with sand everywhere. I guess though that it's standard on the cost south of Massachusset e as we had the same ground in Delaware and Virginia.
The pool is clean and warm.
The game room was fun.
The shop has lots of products at fair prices.

We absolutely love it here!! We stay here 2-3 times each summer and you cant beat the fact that your only a 10 minute drive from either Sea Isle or Avalon. Having the pool to jump in after a long day at the beach is great. And who doesnt love sitting around a campfire at night in the peaceful woods?!? Beat of both worlds!

Such an awesome place and staff. The activities coordinator did an amazing job at keeping everyone kids and adults entertained. The campground was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely consider making this a yearly event for the family oh, thank you for the Memories!

Camped from June 22 til 25th in tent site. Bath houses were clean staff was friendly. Would definitely go go back,but for a longer stay. Campsite had kids running and biking but everyone was courteous. Was actually pretty quiet after 700 pm. Except for the smaller kids. Didn't bother me one bit. I actually enjoyed hearing and seeing them having so much fun. Can't wait to go again even though the drive there was 2 1/2 hrs.

We have stayed at this campground a few times. Each time the staff was friendly and constantly maintaining the grounds and bathhouse/restrooms. Any issues or suggestions have been received by the staff with grace and attended to quickly. We really enjoy this campground and will return again.

This is our 2nd stay at the campground over Labor Day weekend and we were, yet again, very pleased with the accommodating service, facilities and cleanliness. Everyone on the staff we encountered were very friendly. The campground is an easy 10 minute trip to Sea Isle City beaches, stores and restaurants. We were with about 8 other families with kids of varying ages and they all found something to do. Highly recommended!

Family owned campground. Friendly staff. Has specific sites assigned for large rigs. Beautiful garden to enjoy along with a lounge, game room and two swimming pools. Maintenance staff was outstanding helping me fix a battery issue with my rig. Chocolate Face (cupcakes), Duck Donuts and Marge Dinner close to the campground. Next to the campground is Woodland Village Shops (17 shops).

A Family "Resort" this place is packed Elbow to elbow. Amazingly quite. Very clean, all the staff was very polite and genuinely friendly .

Great place with nice comfortable cabins. The open space for sports is great. The kids loved this place. They were all over the play ground. Although it was cold we jumped in the pool and had a great time there. Only 20 minutes from wild wood as well so you can take a quick ride to the beach if you want. We will be back.

My family and I just spent out second year here on vacation and didn't want to leave! The campground has 2 great pools and is safe and fun for kids to ride bikes around or play on the baseball field. There is even a cute shopping village right next door. Already planning to go again in the fall!

Great campground! We made many changes to our reservation, changes to guests coming in to see us etc and the staff were always friendly and helpful. They made our stay there very enjoyable. The campground is well kept and the campers are courteous to each other. I would go here again in a heart beat!

Very nice campground. Staff and seasonal campers were very friendly. Met people who have camped here for as long as 16 years! We were here short term for a week, but it's been great. If we were going to do a seasonal site this would a great place.

Full hookup, WIFI at sites a little extra but very affordable/reasonable. Free WIFI other places at the campground. Owner very nice and seems to really care about keeping campground nice!
