I set up the appointment on Thursday around 11 for Friday between 10 and 12. Received a call at 130 on Thursday saying he was on his way. Did not show or call again on Thursday. Called Friday at 1230 when still hadn't shown. Said he got behind on another job. Arrived at 230. Re-lit the pilot light and said he couldn't do anything else until it went out again. Left. 5 mins later it went out. Called him back. Said he wouldn't do anything until Monday but didn't know when he might get back to me. What a joke of a company. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and UNCARING. Don't bother using this company they don't do anything helpful.

Does not show up when expected, no professionalism, does not listen, etc. Almost a month, and problem still not fixed. Run - do not use this company...
