Everyone you are in contact with is helpful, caring, patient, and kind. Dr Helms is thorough, honest, and trustworthy. Offices are very organized. Highly recommended and thankful for Dr Helms, Traci, and all her ongoing staff.

My daughter just started coming here to get an early start on orthodontic treatment. Myself and my husband also came here when we were in school and many of the same smiling faces are still here. When you see that, you know it is a good work environment and these people truly love their jobs. I know my girl is in good hands and happy that she is on her way to a more confident smile.

Would have no one else take care of my family. 💯 recommended!! She has taken care of my teeth before children and now my two children. Worked next door to her when she 1st opened. Wldn't have anyone else Lana ❤!! Great job over all these yrs!

She had been really helpful in me getting braces. She even called me later on in the day after me getting braces to check on me. I even got a free Tshirt.

I have had a wonderful experience with Lana Helms office. My daughters teeth are looking wonderful. Only bad thing I have to say is if you are going to reprimand your employees do so in private. Very unprofessional!
