Great atmosphere and view of the park lake. Plenty of room for family reunions and birthdays. Cost is $100, but you get $50 back for deposit. Go to the Community building to rent it. Bathrooms are close and it's wheelchair accessible. All screened in, to help fight the insects.

The new 4 h building was the perfect place to have my niece graduation party. It was totally remodeled an very spacious and clean. I would recommend it.
