Awesome service. I brought my own tires from their website that I ordered. They mounted them today when I called and ask for installation. My car was too low, but they let me remove my wheels in the parking lot and installed the new tires for me instead of turning me away. This shop worked with me and we're 100 dollars cheaper than other shops. I recommend this shop to anyone. Great service.

Price was great and so was the staff. I was a walk in but they got me in and out in less than 45 mins. I’m very happy with service.

I just wanted to share my experience with the New Albany, auto center on Grant line Road ! I was greeted by Joe. He was professional, friendly, and honest! Every time I come to this Walmart auto center they are professional and thorough! Thanks for all you guys do! I also wanted to get a shout out to Robert who checked me out for the service. I went to get my tire repaired. They got my car back right away. They had the best price out of the 3 places I called. The staff was was very friendly. They have a place for you to wait while your car is being repaired. I definitely recommend people to use their service for a quick fix at a great price.

Auto center staff is very friendly. They took the time to explain to me what was going on with my tires and answered any questions I had regarding them. Nichole was super kind and did a wonderful job explaining detailed concepts to me so I understood exactly what was going on. Tammy inside was also extremely kind and straight forward with me. I will definitely be coming back.

Great, swift services with unbeatable prices. I got two brand new Goodyear Assurance Authority tires for $123 out the door- taxes and installation included. Very impressed and grateful.

Nicole the auto technician was FABULOUS! Took care of my car. New tires and a bunch of car related items later and I saved around $200 there compared to the same set of tires from 2 tire stores!

I got an oil change here and I was in and out extremely fast. Great job and a great price. If you need an oil change, I recommend them.

Guys there were super chill and knew what they were doing. I've had my tires changed and oil changed here, both times were good experiences.

Went to the store purchase tires two of the tires kept going flat they replaced him under the warranty that they had they were really super about getting everything done and the mechanics there are really great the customer service is really awesome you just have to have some patience when it comes to waiting to get your car repaired are your tires repaired but other than that it's really super super nice

No problems.. explain everything up front... would definitely recommend and go back myself.

Right now the pits are under construction. It may take a little longer to get things done right now, but they are very hard working and dedicated that the estimated times are usually beaten.
