I recently visited Auburn Family Dentistry with my son, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable right away. My son, who typically feels anxious about dental visits, was put at ease by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the facility was impeccable, which immediately gave me peace of mind about the quality of care we would receive. Ellie, our dental hygienist, was absolutely fantastic. She was not only skilled and thorough in her work but also had a gentle and reassuring demeanor that helped my son relax throughout the appointment.

Thanks to the exceptional care provided by Ellie and the rest of the team, my son left Auburn Family Dentistry feeling fantastic, without any pain or discomfort. I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful experience we had, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care.

Quick and painless! That describes my whole experience at Auburn Family Dental. Dr. Painter, Ellie and all the ladies were SO great. Sweet, funny and awesome at their jobs. They even made sure my husband and baby were taken care of throughout my 3 hour crown installation. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so easy (from what I remember)!

Was so great to take my two littles to . My son’s first time ever and they were taken care of amazingly. Dr. Sam and Jess were so good taking care of them and explaining so they weren’t scared!

Very friendly people that will work on your payment plan. They will go over your plan with you step by step as well. The doctor is very polite and friendly. Made me feel at ease.

My experience with Auburn Family Dentistry has been a painless and hopeful one. The staff is all very very friendly and helpful, from Kristen the receptionist calling me personally rather than having an automated message to confirm my appoint me the day before, and Teresa the tenured dental hygienist explaining what all of the intricate details of the exam were, to Cara helping me understand the cost of my dental plan and how to pay it.

It's all very good and not scary and don't worry about my future visits even though my dental issues are severe, and that is worth more than words can explain.

My first review was very generic, so I deleted, and here is my full review. From the moment I called to the second I walked out the door, every employee I encountered was kind, personable, professional, informative, and helpful. I can't say enough about every member of your team. Shout out to Sam. You rock.

Ellie and Dr Painter were amazing! The whole office was so professional and inviting. They made sure I understood everything they were doing and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time!

I had an appointment today with Teresa for a cleaning. She is so friendly and a very good Hygienist and very thorough. Very easy to talk to and interested in my family. Very knowledgeable on my cleaning practices and lets me know if I can do better. A very clean facility.

I have been coming here evere since I was a child and have always actually looked forward to my visits. The staff is very welcoming, easy to talk to, and I am not scared to ask questions when needed. Teresa always makes an effort to make sure I am comfortable during my cleanings, and it is clear she is great at what she does.

Very good, i work about and they where able to get me in quick when i was a new patient, look forward to coming back :)

Sam was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and then some. During wait times we carried on a conversation about family, restaurants, etc. She was very professional and demonstrated care for her patient.

I had to go to this dentist for a tooth extraction. I can not express how great of an experience I had . I felt with zy she was super kind and made me feel comfortable but the dentist was legit amazing soft handed and fast. I highly recommend!!

I have high anxiety when coming to the dentist but everyone in this office made me feel comfortable. They explained everything in a way that I could understand and were so helpful and showed actual caring for my dental health.

Dr. Painter and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He has a great bedside manner and made my son's apppintment go very smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have always been very nervous about going to the dentist and when we moved to Auburn, I was not looking forward to finding a new one. I made an appointment at Auburn family dentistry. Teresa was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job on my cleaning, and spent all the time with me that I needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Auburn family dentistry!
