Holiday Inn Express Gas City

I truely enjoy my stay. I only used it for business but the service was great and breakfast was nice. Rooms where top notch I slept so good. 😴 it was expensive for the area tho.

Check-in was quick and friendly.

We found the room clean and updated. It seems that the bathrooms are usually a good litmus for the room quality overall. The shower had good water pressure and the shower head was high enough for tall folk. The bathroom exhaust fan was not only functional, but was relatively quiet. We were stocked with 4 clean towels in a room with 2 queen beds, so we didn't need to seek out extras. The bathroom had all the expected amenities including a hair dryer.

The beds were comfortable and plush with 4 pillows each.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. The selection was similar to most chain hotels.

We showered at peak time when the hotel was at or near capacity and the shower water was comfortably warm/hot, but not quite as hot as we would normally set it.

Great hot breakfast, the attendant is very attentive to keeping it clean, sanitized and the food fresh.

Made sure we were taken care of. Alot of nice touches. Breakfast was good.

People there were nice, provided good customer service, were very helpful, room was well made whennI got there and felt like a second home staying in it. Would definitely come again.

Room was clean, plenty of clean towels for both of us, lobby was also very clean, and breakfast had a wide variety! But most of all, Joann at the front desk was AMAZING! She went above and beyond. The lady working the breakfast area was also very friendly, and took time to ask us how we were. And, there was an older male that was there as well who was just as friendly! Overall- this has been the friendliest staff I’ve encountered at IHG! Even with being short staffed, they were cool, calm, and collected. Great team at IHG - Gas City!!

The staff is the best and friendliest I've ever seen at any hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast each morning for free. Indoor pool is nice. Rooms have microwave and mini fridge and keurig coffee pots. Fitness center and laundromat. Plus right next to 3 convenience stores/gas stations, hardees and taco bell. I stayed here for several days at a time while working. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend

Charlotte at front desk was awesome. She helped us sort out our reservations that Expedia overcharged us for, with an up-beat attitude. The room was comfortable and clean, the hot buffet breakfast was yummy. Almost makes me want to plan a vacation in Gas City!

Our group needed home away from home at this bittersweet time in our lives. We got it. Becki over housekeeping has gone above the mark to make our stay the best. Lea at the front desk has worked miracles to accommodate 6 rooms. The staff have listened to understand our needs and have done all they can and more to help us.

Freshly renovated rooms. Friendly helpful staff. I found the room to be clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I will gladly stay here when in the area in the future. Pool is currently closed but looks like great family fun when it reopens. 🌟 Starbucks and Harddee's
right in front of hotel. Enjoy your stay with confidence.

This hotel is under new management and is great. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn's in my travels and this is a good one. Pool and hot tub are being redone so not accessible now. The fitness room was just redone and had all brand new equipment. It was clean, quiet and the Internet was fast and stable.

We had a great stay! We came to Indiana to get married, and forgot to book the rest of our weekend at the Comfort Suites in Marion. We came over to Gas City, and decided on the Holiday Inn. Brandi and Phelesha at the front desk were amazing. They both made sure that we had everything we needed. Brandi even delivered a roll away bed for our son while we enjoyed ourselves at the pool!

Also, these pillows are the best!

Loved it. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great considering covid. Lobby under renovations. Pool closed due to covid. Maid service every 3rd day but brought fresh towels daily upon our request.

Late night, last minute check-in in GAS CITY and it couldn't have been a better experience. Charlotte helped us out at the front desk and was so warm and welcoming. If I'm ever driving through again I would gladly stay here!

The Room was nice, sadly the indoor pool was closed for maintenance until today. The pool is now fixed. Next time I come up I will have my chance. Otherwise, It was great stay

We were on the third floor and stayed one night. Check in was quick the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice. The fitness room was clean and easy to access. It was a very nice stay and I would recommend to others to stay.
